At the airport in Buffalo the computers crashed, huge line and slow service. They finally moved everyone downstairs and started processing. Slow and chaotic. Huge delay!

The engine light came on within a few minutes of driving and I had a 1300 Mile journey ahead of me. It had me concerned, but ultimately I made it with no issues. The staff I encountered were ALL top notch Price was fair for a comfortable vehicle

Pick up experience was poor. Despite of booking 2 weeks earlier, had to wait for 2 hrs to get the car from the counter.

I didn't end up getting my car. I waited in line for over an hour, saw them check out less than 10 people, and was then told they didn't have cars available for anyone except the people that had reserved a minivan. I ended up canceling my reservation and booking a car with Enterprise the next day. If at all possible, I'll never use Hertz again.

Supplier choice

Took two and a half hours past scheduled pick up time to be able to pick up rental. Also no one around to help and give instruction on where to park and drop of keys when I dropped the car off.

The Buffalo airport car rental was a 3 hour wait. This was terrible with my family of 5, including 5, 8, 10 yr olds. Will never do this again.

My experience with dollar wasn’t the best. I ended up paying Over $2000! The Rental they gave me wasn’t the Rental I purchased online. Plus the Rental had the engine light on as well!!
