I didn't end up getting my car. I waited in line for over an hour, saw them check out less than 10 people, and was then told they didn't have cars available for anyone except the people that had reserved a minivan. I ended up canceling my reservation and booking a car with Enterprise the next day. If at all possible, I'll never use Hertz again.Reviewed Jul 8 2024

Pros:The car was fine and got very good gas mileageCons:During both pick up and drop off of the rental vehicle, one of the two agents on duty had to leave, despite customers waiting in line, to “drop off and pick up keys“.
