The staff was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful! I would recommend anyone renting in this area to choose Enterprise, top notch customer service. I could not have asked for better service.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that would have made my service experience any better.

The staff was a friendly, helpful and courteous, answering all my specific questions with genuine ease.

Cons:

The location is small and the parking lot was crammed during the drop off which makes navigating the lot a bit more difficult.

Hertz was closed on the day that I dropped off . No one told me that I'd get charged for that since they were not opened on that Sunday. I'm use to RDU Hertz where they're opened 7 days a week . Plus the car I got had a few issues .
