Nothing I can think of. My passengers lived the tall van, much easier to get in and out of. The sliding door was a little tough to close, an electric close and open function would have been the only thing that could have made it better.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
I received an email confirmation prompt the day before the rental, full walk through of the car’s interior functions including Bluetooth syncing, gas tank release, etc., and a phone call the next day asking if all was going smoothly with the car. Excellent customer care.Payless

The agent at pickup was horrible. Unable to perform any task by herself. Poorly trained. The rental agency was supposed to have my car ready at 5 but got a car at six. 3 customers ahead of me and 3 customers behind me got their cars while my easy transaction went by the wayside. The rep sent me in the wrong direction to get the car, which when I ultimately found the car, it was boxed in between two other cars and another rep had to move a vehicle so that I could leave.2.4 Poor

Pros:
Pick-up staff didn't seem very excited to be at work and weren't super friendly. They got the job done, but all explanations were very fast and assumed we knew exactly what they were talking about. There was also a slight language barrier as English was a second language for the staff.Cons:

Pros:
While the drop off was east, I found that I was charged $6.99 for gas when I filled the gas rouhgly one mile from the drop off place. My mistake is I did not check the bill until I reached home. I feel cheated because I filled the carCons:
The staff should be fair and inform the client that they find the tank not filled while we signed to fill and bring. Clean the car better both inside and outside. There was smell of smoke inside the car when I took it. I mentioned this to the security at the gate. He told me that this may be from the material used for the upholstery.6.0 Okay

Took a while to get the car when I picked it up. I had a 9:00 drop off time. Arrived to Avis at 9:00 and no one was at the office and the door was locked. Avis worked showed up at 9:15 and couldn’t even get in the office. I had to leave my rental agreement and keys with her at the front door because we were all stuck outside. Very unprofessionalHertz

The reservation wasn't for the Airport location. The desk clerk wasn't any help and only offered to call me a cab. Called Hertz customer service which had to cancel the original pre-paid reservation. Made new reservation for the Airport location with a new price. Also $100 cancel fee.9.6 Wonderful

I didn't realize that the rental car was to be picked up in town rather than at the airport. Why was that not apparent? I'm not computer illiterate so why was this not front and center? An extra $50 for nothing and the rental fee was already high (we just had a rental in Wisconsin at a much lower rate for a much better car). Pushy attendant.2.0 Poor
