Front desk, friendly and helpful.Hotel is located in center of places to go.
This was the first hotel we've stayed at in the DC area and we loved it. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was great, and the pool was cool. The best was the hot tub. I'd recommend that everyone visiting DC stay here. You won't regret it. The manager, *, was really nice and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again, the rooms are great! Studio room, free breakfast, free internet, DC and the airport just a few minutes away...what else could you want?
The hotel was what we expected. Clean, in a good location, and with a great free breakfast. It's a little ways away from DC, but we just drove to the train station every morning. This was much better that driving into DC. The only issue we had was that the bed was to soft. So that said, we would definately stay here again.
Love the pillows ? breakfast was good ? room was clean ?staff was great. Hint- They do not replace shampoo or soap unless you ask. I think this is a new Marriott policy.
We went down to Virginia for an annual event. Great Rooms, had microwave, refrigerator, small sink, we were very pleased. Courteous staff. Everyone enjoy the pool, the breakfast, the beds. We got a great price for it. Free parking. I was lucky there was a crib available for my child. When I needed milk for the baby the front desk were so courteous and gave me one. Really happy.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Marriotts are generally a very reliable brand, and this hotel did not disappoint. Tub/Shower is separate from sink area, which is nice if more than one person is trying to get ready at a time. Room had a fridge and microwave, couch, chair and 2 tv's, even though it was really all one big room, not so much a 'suite'. Breakfast was good, standard fare, with the fixings for sausage egg mcmuffins too. The hotel can give you directions to get to the nearest Metro station - about 10 minutes away. I'd recommend getting into DC by Metro instead of trying to drive. Get to the station early, parking spaces in the garages fill up by 9 or 10 on weekdays. Station workers can help you figure out what type of Metro card to purchase. Getting out of the parking garage can be a bit tricky. You have to have enough money on a Metro card to pay the parking fare in full, or you can use a credit card. However, not all parking garage exits allow the credit card. This is a problem when the person in front of you thought they could use a credit card and can't - then everyone has to back up to let that person out, which can be very complicated in the afternoon when everyone is short tempered and trying to go home. The Metro is safe, easy to navigate and/or transfer from one line to another and the wait between trains is very short. It can be hard to find places to eat downtown without a wait at lunchtime. Lots of people were carrying backpacks to get around with their own snacks/drinks, especially if they had kids.
This hotel was great for any price. The entire staff was very accommodating and polite. About nine miles from Metro station, when my girlfriend and I return to DC we will stay here.
I have found that suite hotels are an excellent option when going to popular tourist areas if you want a quiet option. SpringHill Suites is one of those quiet options. Everything needed is available at a great location, close to the action but tucked away in a quieter area. The bed is a little soft but the room was wonderful. There was a student group staying at the hotel which made the public areas less accommodating to my preferences but my room was a great retreat.
The room size and set up was great. Everything we needed was right there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've seen. I still have a hard time believing we got that great room for that small of a price.
I liked the comfortable large bed, the room deified media console and the bathroom. The hotel hadn't received my booking information 30 minutes after receiving my confirmation. The desk understood and got us the room we requested.
Inexpensive The staff is rude. I had a poor experience with a front desk staff Nov 21, 2015. Her name is Julia. The staff has hair over their badges so their name is not revealed. I ask her her name.
The hospitality was great. Friendly staff willing to assist, especially when we had adapter issues. Shuttle bus always on-time.
The shuttle drivers where caring, charismatic and comforting. There is one who's last name is Abdullah that caters to his riders and make your short trip a ball.
Great service. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was nice.
Thanks for the great deal
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Good job
Location, size of room, amenities Bed sheets were light. Should have included heavier covers.
Loved there room and all of the complimentary items. Really a great place overall. The breakfast was about $20 for a buffet... However it was delicious
Bed and room
Due to construction traffic, did not arrive at Dulles until 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning and needed to be at airport for flight to Mexico (via Houston) at 6:00 a.m., so I never checked in. Tried to cancel this reservation and was not successful. Because of this difficulty, I will never use Kayak again. Gloria Tadlock
Friendly and helpful staff . Free wifi. The construction (fence) by the entrance. Wifi can be slow.
The beds were very comfortable! The executive lounge was nice but should have been available more hours. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. There were no fridges in the rooms which was very inconvenient. The room service menu was very limited. Almost no vegetarian options. And breakfast should be available all day. There was a huge middle school group that refused to share the pool with any other guests all night. Very rude!
Satalite tv didnt work. No breakfast. Pool closes too early. Room is hot. No fridge no microwave. No stamps to mail things. Everything was horrible. Tv sucked pool closed to early no free breakfast no kid friendly place to eat. No stamps no fridge no microwave.
Location Rooms and hotel in general are in need of an update. Very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent that I could not understand a word he said. Got charged $50 for something we did not incur. Listed as a four star hotel on Kayak, which it is not even close to being. (Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, also in Northern VA, is also listed as four stars.)
Top-notch people. Great room. Only stayed one night, but the hotel had everything we needed, including a fantastic exercise area. 0
Electronic check in/out. Use of smart phone to unlock room door.
Lobby and front entrance is good Room, Refrigerator is not working they replaced but still it didnt work. No expecting this from 4 start hotel.
Very high value Next time we stay in Washington, we will look for a place close to metro
I liked the bed I can't believe a major hotel chain is still charging for internet in 2015.
The room was big enough for a family stay. The shower door couldn't close, and took forever to fix it. When you flushed the toilet, the water splashed everywhere.
Close to the airport. Shuttle goes every 30 min Nothing. Reasonably priced for one night layover in Washington
Nice clean and modern
The design and comfort of the room were great. The bathroom was outstanding - very nice change from most other hotels! The cost of the room was a great value. We would stay again at this hotel without hesitation. Our waitress in the Padella restaurant was terrible. We were there around 7:30pm on 9/7/15. She was very rude to me (husband) and addressed all of her comments and questions only to my wife, constantly finishing her sentences with "Ma'am" and looking only at my wife, not me. When we first sat down, her first sentence was "Can I get you drinks?". Before we had a chance to answer, she immediately said to be "Do you want to order the rib eye?". We did not even have our menus yet. I said nor did absolutely anything to cause her "men hater" attitude. It took forever for her to bring out the bill. When she finally did, she never returned to collect the credit card. We were by a window. During all of this time, I saw her spending a lot of time gossiping with someone at a particular table, as well as walking around cleaning up other tables and setting up place settings on tables. We ended up going to the bar to pay the bill. The bar tender was extremely nice. After paying the bill, we ordered two drinks to take up to the room. The bartender did an outstanding job in making the drinks.
The room was well-appointed and nicely arranged, but the bathroom was exquisite, with a big walk-in shower that included a rainwater sprinkler and separate hand shower. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The Sunday buffet breakfast was reasonably priced, though the selection was fairly simple and routine. Wi-Fi wasn't visible in our room. Fortunately not critical for this stay but could be frustrating for a business traveler. The mattress needs to be replaced. No support and sagged toward the center.
The facilities overall were good. Parking was easy and a value the bar area was really nice. The hotel was quiet good value overall The response from the front desk about the safe and the bed in the room looked like someone had laid on the bed and when they had issue requested a room changed however they never got the room ready before I checked in
Comfortable, good facilities and clean. Internet was not free. Internet is too basic to not be included in the price nowadays.
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were modern and very clean. The staff wasn't attentive. I felt like we were being nickeled and dimed (We had to pay for breakfast and for internet)
The staff was highly helpful and very nice. The room was really clean and spacious, overall we had a great stay and would come back again.
Love the room it was clean and comfortable also the bathroom was so spaces and clean. The pool my kids loved it they where in from the time it open until is was closing time I must say we did enjoyed our self. Nothing not to like.
The room was clean and it was nice for the price. The staff were helpful and the experience was good overall. nothing that comes to mind really.
Location No food options at night. Our flight landed after midnight and we were told the kitchen was closed and there was no room service. All we were offered (initially) was junk food (candy, etc). After a few minutes of looking in vain for something healthy to eat in amongst all the junk food the desk clerk admitted actually there *might* be some chicken salads left in the kitchen and called someone to bring them out. Now, obviously I can never prove this but I'm convinced that they were keeping these meal aside for staff and that, presumably, leftover fresh food that expires at the end of the day (like salads) are given to staff. Anyway, that's the last time we'll be staying there.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. I requested a room away from elevators and it was granted. Also recieved a free 2pm check out. Loved the bathroom especially the Kolher square rainforest shower head. Tv signal keep going in& out so I had to use my tablet instead. But wifi is free on weekends so no worries :)
Lobby is beautiful, the rooms clean and spacious. Front office staff was great at check in and bar staff was friendly and attentive.
Location was good. I requested a wake-up call, but never received it.
One of the elevators was out of service and it was a long wait going any where. Also breakfast buffet didn't give all choices advertised for breakfast.
two room suite. very nice, especially with kids. bathroom was a little small. extra charge for internet access in your room
The location of the hotel the set up the rooms. The happy hour and breakfast. Very clean and organized My room was next to the ice machine so you hear people getting ice all day
Other than the location 'for me', everything was a blast... N/A
I was thoroughly impressed at the willingness of ALL the staff to pitch-in and help when needed. The Hotel is clearly a Family-Oriented facility, so if you're a young couple looking for a "get-away" or peace & quiet, I wouldn't suggest this place. But as a whole, the value which includes swimming accommodations WITH a Lifeguard, complimentary breakfast & Happy Hour free drinks - you can't beat it!
Happy hour The staff
Breakfast The staff mainly the large group lady were terrible. I had 100 guest there for a wedding. They gave my guest a week to get the block which going on Hotels.com was cheaper then their group rate. She told us our guest would have to pay to park which its the weekend which parking is free. We also were told our guest would be able to be picked up after the wedding but that day were told the driver leaves at 1045pm wedding ended at midnight. The staff kept telling us "we will find out and call you" still waiting on all those calls. Been to many other Embassy Suites in other cities and love them but Tyson's Corner location has got to shit!
Rooms quite large, with two TV's, desk and all the convenience for the a business or leisure traveler. I liked the happy hour, with free drinks, and the fresh breakfast in the morning. There is a pool although I did not use it.
clean and comfortable. love that all rooms are suites, love the manager's reception-bartender Ace is the best! And breakfast is delicious and very large for a free morning breakfast-only place I ever stay when in Tyson's corner!
Rooms were spacious, Free Happy Hour, Free Breakfast. Centrally located in Tysons Corner. Overall, it's ok for a few nights. Dated interior. TV went out for 30 minutes but i'll blame the rain.
Free breakfast and afternoon cocktail. The staff were very friendly and did there job well.
Clean. Good free hot breakfast Pool was closed in evening on weekday. Not a big deal. Very nice place nonetheless
It is a great location in reference to the airport and the surroundings. They were eateries nearby and great places to take a walk if you're into that. The rooms were updated and very practical. They were also spacious and I love the options for connecting to the 42 inch TV. The bed was comfortable as well. The location is being developed and there is construction across the street which can be noisy.
This was a great location, convenient to Dulles Airport and the companies I needed to visit. A shuttle is provided to and from the airport, and to local businesses to the hotel. The rooms were furnished with "well worn" 60's era furniture, uncomfortable beds, and loud air conditioners.
Customer service. International guests have hard time coping with U.S culture.
Proximity to Dulles Int'l Airport Free shuttle to airport beginning at 5 a.m. No amenities - I needed Tylenol/Ibuprofen badly, and there was no small shop or convenience store in the hotel. Coffee and breakfast not available until 6 a.m. Bare-bones Front desk had sign stating that their representative was out delivering something, and he was out front smoking a cigarette, peering through the window at those who were waiting to be helped.
The staff sucked and the hotel had all kinds of problems, will never stay there again!
Nothing. The best I can say is it was dry and the snow was not in the room. Parking lot not plowed, very poor English spoken by staff, noisy families everywhere and my credit card # was used in a fraudulent transaction several days after my stay, at a facility very close to the hotel. I can only assume the # was stolen during my stay when i used the card at the hotel.
Great hotel . great staff.
The hot breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was closed the first day we were there. The shower pressure is very weak.
The price was very affordable. The room size was very comfortable with: a bar, separate couch, desk area from the bed. Everything was clean, and by me traveling alone, I felt very safe even to outside and jog even though they had a fitness area. I wish there were a waffle or pancake maker (instead of pre-made pancakes). Breakfast was still ok though there were limited options, also being a Diabetic they should have had sugar free syrup, but at least breakfast was free which was nice.
Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Decent hotel style breakfast Great location for the airport but not the best location for visiting the area.
Rooms were big and clean Breakfast has quite some choices of food and was included with the room. Free wifi!!! Location was great not far from the Dulles airport We waited for a while for airport shuttle because they work with Sheraton, so pay attention to Sheraton airport shuttle when it comes so you don't wait forever...
Friendly staff, neatness, Breakfast.
We liked we were convenient on and off highway but without highway noise. Staff could not find our prepaid reservation for 15 minutes on check-in. Staff gave poor directions to room and ice machine; it was like they did not care to be clear enough. Ice machine was small, had a solid metal refrigerator door without handle and was back in pantry kitchen, under a work counter and all they said, twice, was it was "in there." I ahd to go around the room and try several appliances before finding it while the staff was just talking at the front desk.
The building looked good as we pulled up, and the room had been re-done, with nice sink top, large TV and new towels. Start with doors opening on the parking lot [very dangerous] and on the outdoor balcony. No elevator. Old building spruced up, but small and uncomfortable room. AC didn't work very well, kept cycling on and off all night but didn't actually cool the room much. At least the AC unit was loud enough to cover [most of] the noise from the parking lot just outside the window. Uncomfortable bed, old saggy pillows. We didn't stay for breakfast.
We liked the front desk staff. Very attentive and polite. The room was clean and worked for the few hours we were there (sleeping). Room service was quite overpriced for what we got but it was decent food. The shuttle from airport to hotel was confusing and difficult to locate. Make sure to be clear on where they will pick you up. They didn't stop at. Oth locationa for us so We waited for over an hour but when it finally arrived it was fine.
The staff was very nice and the room was spotless. It was also quiet for being outside condo set up.
Closeness to airport. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast area. No elevator to 2nd floor.
The room was right where I park It didn't have the walk in shower that was described to me
Hotel was clean and the free breakfast included hot food. The location was very convenient to the Air and Space Museum at Dulles and only a short drive into downtown D.C. The first room we were given didn't have functioning heat and air. We had no difficulty getting a new room but it did separate us from the rest of our group.
Exceptional service, staff friendliness and room maintenance. I would definitely stay again.
Couldn't shower before I left because of no hot water. That should at least be the basic. You can mess almost everything else up but really no hot water? Very annoying.
The staff was cordial and attentive. The room was updated and clean. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of moisture in the room and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool.
Shuttle availability to airport. Breakfast offering. Coffee service late in the day.
Staff was attentive. We had an electrical issue with the microwave and frige and it was addressed quickly One side of the mattress was well worn down.
Modern, nice, comfortable hotel, clean, cozy rooms, beds with nice mattrasses, friendly and attentive staff... Amazing deal for the money! Parking was a bit tight, spent some time trying to find a spot
Sad to notice that No brealfast included
I really like the hotel overall. Well located with food close by and even a movie theater across the street. We stayed for 2 nights before we flew back home and loved how close it was to Dulles airport. You can't control traffic flow at the airport but you can make sure you're close enough to it. For sure one less thing to worry about.
everything The fire alarm
Free shuttle to airport- though drivers were pushy to get a tip Location was ghetto
I really enjoyed the staff at the front desk! They were helpful and fun to speak with, especially Tony on the night shift! The location was awesome! I didn't like all the dust on the hallways on the furniture. It was so thick I could run my finger through it on the third floor. And one of the guest across the hall had a dog that barked a lot!
Clean room and great breakfast Entrance wasn't inviting
Open clean room. Very friendly staff. The first impression wasn't to good when I went to check in and my enervation wasn't in the system but the manager did take care of it right away. I definitely did not like the 22% service charge added to the room service bill.
Very clean, rooms didn't smell of old cigarette smoke.
Very comfortable room and bed. Room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend this for both business and pleasure.
The building made a lot of creaking noises in the morning hours which was disruptful with sleeping. Otherwise a very good experience.
The hotel is clean an BEAUTIFUL nicest place I've ever stayed No refridgerator
When checking in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing there blew my mind, but it was a very nice stay. While the price was a little much, it was a reasonable value, although not a great one.
location, location, location! Ideally located in the Reston Town Center with shopping, dining and entertainment a short walk away. Convenient parking. Room had a tremendous view of the fountain and lighted trees lining the walkway.
The restaurant staff - especially in the mornings -- is excellent. Maria and Megan, notably. These are terrific professionals The front desk staff could not manage a Hello or a smile if their lives depended on it. They were smug to a person. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Unwelcoming. I travel frequently on business and stay in Hyatt's, Hilton's, W's, and Westin Hotels; nice places. I expect to at least receive courteous attention. This front desk team needs a lesson in civility. For that alone I will not likely be back and will stay at the Hyatt next time.
Very friendly great place too stay Did not have any problems
Cleanliness. Expected a glass shower.
I called the hotel directly to ask about parking and Leeza was incredibly professional and accomodating! At check-in I discovered she made me VIP guest of the day. I have stayed in Westins countless times and I didnt even know they had this program! It made my day and I will definitely return to this hotel and other Westins
Comfortable bed nice shower nice pool. A lot of tv channels had poor reception.
Just needed a room close to Reston Town Center for the Tour de Cure. Room was clean, quiet, well priced and plenty of room for my bike. Can't ask for much more than that.
Excellent cleanliness, good environment and many more.
Clean rooms and friendly front desk staff. Very comfortable. No room service at all during our 3 night stay.
Safe, good area, clean and close to where I needed to be. parking was confusing but that is my only complaint. The drive to the Westin was hard to find and the parking was confusing at first, but after I did it a couple of times it was easier. The first time finding it was at night but all the signs are small or things were written on the pavement.
Having to pay for Wi-FI in the room. Marriott does not charge for wi-fi in their "suite" hotels.
close to dulles airport and to manassass battlefields Front door staff were not helpful when I needed a cab to dulles airport (only a few hours away). The cab did not arrive promptly, I will know better next time and use Uber!
This is a large facility with lots going on. Nice gym. Helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Parking is a little distant.
Free shuttle that took us to Reston Town Center for dinner and picked us up to return to the hotel. Bottle water and cookies in lobby. Very clean, updated rooms.
It was in the same place as my conference. Shower was too small. No vending machines. Convenience store pricing for snacks "extremely" expensive.
nothing, didnt feel good after check in there.
The room size is big. They are very clean. The staff is very good There is no public transport connection with the main area of attraction in the city
Comfortable bed. I only have complaints.
Hotel did not find my reservation feom book.com. I had to wait an hour to sort it out.
Very comfortable, large room.
Clean hotel with friendly helpful staff near a place that I have to travel to often for business. However, the desk did NOT have my reservation from Booking.com. They honored the hard copy of my confirmation info.
Superbly nice and helpful staff. Efficiently helped me with booking error my company made. The room was comfortable and well maintained. I am picky, and have bad allergies to boot, and I had no trouble here. Even the air conditioning unit (you know those rickety things that come on in the middle of the night at 200 decibels) was perfect. Not too loud, allowed a fan setting for some noise at night, and no rattling. Between the great staff and the room condition, I could not expect better at double the price. And actually, my breakfast was really good as well. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the ice bucket was too small to put a bottle of water in to.
Ease of registration and quality of room. There seemed to be some confusion among staff regarding the availability of breakfast on site due to Mother's Day. When staff was asked about the availability of nearby restaurants they were generally uninformed about the local environs until pressed for more information. They then provided a poorly xeroxed sheet listing restaurants in the area that may or may not serve breakfast. In my experience the inability of a staff to make cogent recommendations about local opportunities for food and other amenities works against the service concept of a local hotel. It also puts staff on the defensive and makes them snippity. So, an easy exchange became a souring experience on the stay.
made use of the swimming pool - shuttle to/from airport
Location was good, close to DC . Friendly staff Never told us that Hotel was under construction when we reserved our rooms. Noisy equipment the hole time. Suppose to be a pool and spa. No spa on the property. Very disappointed.
The staff were pleasant even though not truthful No information in regards to construction. Upon arrival were told by staff that the construction was Monday thru Friday only ~ NOT! We stayed on the third floor just below a floor being renovated so you heard the saws, hammering, the sanding. And on our floor the construction workers had traced white texturing mud thru the carpets. We had smoking on a non_smoking floor, loud drunk men right across from my room. With my parents down the hallway...a woman alone with two small children this was not a safe place. We would have gone else were but our rooms were charged to my dads card prior to their arrival a day earlier.
The staff was fantastic. Eli greeted us at the Front Desk and answered so many of our questions while checking us in. He supplied us with a breakfast bag to go in the morning since we were leaving before they served breakfast and got us set up with parking for the week. IF YOU'RE FLYING OUT OF DULLES, YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR CAR AT THE HOTEL FOR $35/WEEK! I don't know of any better price out there. We stayed one night, left the car there for a week and they came to pick us up from the airport. Amazing customer service. In the morning the Front Desk attendant was courteous and offered us another breakfast bag. The shuttle was quick and dropped us off right at the curb. We were in and out in under 10 hours, so I can't speak at all to the amenities.
Location Staff was not customer friendly. My experience at other Hampton Inn locations had been great, but this one leaves much to be desired.
It was a nice room. The breakfast was decent. The staff friendly. The location was nice for our purpose. Not really.
It has everything we wanted: good price, friendly staff, hot breakfast, parking, Internet, etc.
They kept our luggage while we went to a small trip to the Caribean. We had a lot of stuff so that was very handy. When we came back, just picked our luggage and took our plane home.
Everything was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Staff was very friendly and helpful - yummy breakfast- good value Rooms were a bit dated but clean.,
I like the pool. The design of the hotel. It was really nice Needed towels and wash clothes.
Limited staff no bartender lobby area boring. Just relaxing in the room because there's nothing else to do.
The staff was really informative & friendly. The bar/ lounge area is in the lobby. Friendly bartender ( only open until 11pm on the weeknight we were there) FREE Airport shuttle but not clear that you have to call the hotel to pick you up. Plenty of breakfast options to chose from, including egg sandwiches. Very convenient to grab and go on the way to the airport. Bathroom doors are sliding and there is a gap so not a ton of bathroom privacy if that is a concern
24 hour shuttle from IAD, a clean room, and responsive and friendly staff. Some hotels do not have a 24 hour shuttle. Aloft's shuttle driver was friendly, competent, and professional even at 2 AM. Thank you!
Convenient, friendly, trendy I found it more adult oriented than family with two kids.
Front office staff was knowledgable and friendly. The bartender was very nice as well and makes a great drink. Overall loved the hotel.
Friendly staff, low rates, great style Room slightly dirty
Location was ok but not the easiest to get in and out of. The guy at checkin gave me a king that wasn't a king like I paid for and he lied repeatedly was rude.
Location to DC Ease of booking No hot tub
Thank goodness everyone was friendly or we would have left immediately. When we arrived, the hotel had NO WATER. The water came on several hours later but we were told the hot water would "take a while to warm up." The water was still cold the next morning. There was no indication on the kayak website that there was any problem at the hotel when we booked online.
Location was good and in a quiet area, gas station nearby No room microwave, no restaurants within walking distance
Clean, modern rooms. Overall good experience. Thermostat was set to 80 deg and was too hot, so I turned it down to 75 and it blew cold air on me most of the night.
Great location near shopping, eateries and the highway. Room was spacious for the amount paid. Also pet friendly which is a plus!
Beds were comfortable, TV outstanding Bathrooms were needing deep cleaning.
Great service. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included. Spacious room value for cost. Somewhat dated decor in lobby and room. Needed some paint for woodwork, better cleaning needed on rugs.
I have stayed here many times… It has a great location computer you can use and a pool
Overall great experience, super friend staff, would definitely stay here again for work trips. The gym was really pretty bad.
Nice, spacious rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Very late check in staff not as helpful at late hours.
booked through kayak.com which used getaroom.com but when i arrived they did not have a hotel reservation on file nor any rooms available. It was 1230am with no options. I had a email confirmation but nothing on the Hyatt side.
Friendly staff, and good accommodations during a quick business trip. Good location near the shopping mall. Wish I had more time to explore other ammenities. Hopes to be back soon, but for fun!
Location is walking distance from Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Corner Metro station. Rates are excellent. Facilities are very clean. No free breakfast. No free Internet. Depending on season, parking may not be free.
Service, Food and Helpfulness was great. Clean rooms, easy access to 495 and parts East of the city. A sthort ride to Tyson Corner's Mall and fine restaurants
Not coming back. No free wifi, nothing ever communicated to me as a customer, bad customer service.
