If you are visiting during winter or expecting inclement weather, consider car rentals in Batavia with all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive for better traction and stability on slippery roads. If you plan to do a lot of driving around the city and its surroundings, opting for a fuel-efficient car can save you money on gas expenses. For longer trips or if you prefer a more luxurious driving experience, you might want to consider renting a higher-end car with additional comfort features. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, a compact or mid-size car would be suitable for navigating Batavia's streets and parking in the downtown area. For larger groups or families, consider renting a sedan, SUV, or minivan with enough space for passengers and luggage.

8.8 Very good
Pros:Attendants were polite and picked us up and delivered us back to the residence.
Cons:Didn’t like that they couldn’t help me with the toll payment problem. (I didn’t have all the change for a unmanned coins only toll booth on the Illinois tollway. I’m from California. Upon returning the car, I informed the enterprise staff who referred me to the 800# Enterprise problem solver which they said could walk me through paying the toll online, but that person couldn’t help. Also I returned the car with more gas than it had when I received it. (1/4 tank over), I thought they would reimburse me for the difference but just gave me a business card saying I could get the gas credited on the next rental but I rarely rent cars. I dont think the business card would be honored in the future anyway.
Cons:They had no porter on staff that would detail each car between use. Si the office staff had to clean this is not their forte so to speak
3 locations in Batavia
Pros:Drop off was super easy.
Cons:Would have been nice if I could have picked up the rental from the location I booked it from. Having to pick up from an alternate location delayed our departure time by at least 2 hours due to additional travel time to pick up, and that location being extremely under staffed.
Cons:Why waited until the day of pick up to inform me that there were no van available. Which we paid for it up front. Never again!!!!!!!
Pros:They didn't have my car
Cons:If they'd have my car , and place was closed at time of pickup ..went next day at open and they didn't have it
Pros:Staff was superb. Wife handled the rental instead of myself due to schedule. Everyone helped her feel comfortable with the process. Good, new car. Pleasant to rent here.
Cons:Took the Corolla on a long trip, not recommended. Upgrade to a sedan or whatever, to save yourself that discomfort. Wife and six yr old agree, it was fun and we had a good trip but, we are so glad to be back in my Impala. Next rental I’ll prob try a newer van.
Cons:It seemed easy enough to reserve a minivan. But when i telephoned a few days before my pick up date to confirm my reservation i was given the run around with regard to payment sources. I offered to put down a $1000 cash deposit on top of my debit card and was refused. I was told if i had a Costco membership they would accept my debit card payment
