A more helpful and pleasant assistance. Did not try hard for our business. Went a second time during business hours to try again and was advised no one was there for car rental. Was able to rent cheaper and excellent service with a different company.2.0 Poor

Car was ready when we picked it up.Cons:
We asked for a 7 passenger car for 7 adults. They gave us a Chevy Tahoe. It indeed had 7 seats but the three in back had no leg room. Therefore 3 adult women had to squeeze into the back and it was very difficult to get out of the car. I think they could have advised us on a different model or a van that would comfortably fit everyone. Other than that all good.8.0 Very good

When I first walked into Hertz I was greeted kindly and excited for a small trip I was taking while in Florida. The gentleman at the rental counter was very nice. I was expecting to rent the best value car but was surprised to be behind a Chevy Cruise a newer one at that.Cons:
When I rented the car I was told I would need to bring the tax from the insurance in cash (exact change), when I brought it in the lady at the counter insisted I used my credit card so she didn't have to make a bank deposit.Thrifty
