When I booked the car, I selected “ford edge or similar” and I was given a Nissan Rogue, which is smaller than a Ford Edge. I’m tall and so is the person I would have as a passenger. We immediately felt cramped in the car but the Avis location I selected as the pick up location, didn’t seem to have anything bigger so I decided to go with it. The inside of the car smelled like cigarettes and we had to add our own air freshener just to make it tolerable. The car was extremely dusty on the inside and there were bugs splattered all over the windshield. I needed access to a car but I barely used it because of the size and smell.

Pros:
The staff was amazing! They were expecting me and made sure that I could get in quickly. Made room for me to leave my vehicle there, too.
Cons:
Nothing really. This is a top-notch operation! Although I'm not sure I thought I heard someone travel from the OTHER side of town just to rent at this location.
The drop off process was quick and seamless. The only thing related to drop off would be instructions on the front end or a good size sign saying where to take returned cars. Pick up was fine process wise but at the time I was there, they were understaffed and rushing to get to the next person. I had to pull over to the side and pull out the owner's manual to learn about the vehicle. Overall, would I go back - yes.
