Drop off was easy and the associate was helpful.Cons:
Picking the car up was very inconvenient. Needed a credit card, utility bill, etc. It is easier to buy a car. The associates that were working when I picked up the car had attitudes and tried pushing the extra insurance on me. I will never rent a car again.Hertz

The pickup and drop-off were both easy to do and both people were very friendly.Cons:
A Kia Soul is not similar to a Toyota Corolla. You can fit four people in it to travel but everybody would have to carry what they have in their pockets. Absolutely no trunk room. Makes no sense to rent for long trips unless there are only two people and they don't have a lot of stuff. It was comfortable to drive though.6.0 Okay
