Car was unsafe and they literally had one vehicle
Pros: Nothing going back to Enterprise
Cons: There was one car available, no one cared, the car was missing paint every where, back window was broken and whistled the entire trip, and the brakes went to the floor board when applied. Thrifty put us in an unsafe care with no choices and worst of all no one cared

Pros: Economical car and drop off flexibility and ease. Also took a hybrid which was great on gas.
Cons: The only negative was the widows weren't real clean

Pros: The personnel, from the front desk to the guys out in the garage, were amazing! Very personable, helpful and friendly!!
Cons: It was a l o n g walk to the rental desk from baggage claim. I only needed a compact car while visiting my home state but there were only two cars to choose from.
Pros: One way rental, upgraded to better vehicle, no additional cost.

Pros: Car was new and clean. Staff was friendly. Free upgrade because the car we reserved was not there.
Cons: Car we reserved online was not available at the location. Confusion between Kayak online insurance and rental insurance at location. Know the difference!

Great, supportive rental
Pros: The team at Enterprise worked with me to get our paperwork in order; when we'd been waiting quite a while to pick up our vehicle, they let me have a better car for the same price just to save me time. They were very, very helpful.
Cons: There was no mention of needing a credit card to rent the vehicle. I only use debit, so this turned out to be a major problem. The Enterprise people were very nice about adjusting the proof of credit requirements, though, so I was able to rent the car. Had they not been, though, it would have been a major disaster - being all packed, ready to hit the road in the rental with a kid in tow, only to be rejected because I don't use credit cards. There should be clearer notice of that requirement at the time of placing the order online.
