The tank was not totally full when I got it. My fault for not noticing or calling in. I still haven’t gotten a receipt via email.
Nothing online said they had vehicles available and even let me booked an suv for a week. At the time of “pick up” according to the desk guy they had no cars in inventory and said that he would call me that same afternoon and never received a call, txt, or email. Really bad experience and did really needed a vehicle for that whole week!

The person working the counter on the morning of 04/24/2021, was dishonest and cagey. The entire process was a waste of time he stated that the car would was being washed and would be ready in 30 minutes, after more than hour he was stating the same lies and would just walk away and go outside.
Cons:
If the vehicle is not available just tell me it is not even though I had a reservation. Just wasting time waiting for a car that is not going to be available. Do not lie and expect that a customer would be satisfied. I had to use a different company that had a car available at a lower price and was able to rent without any problems
