First car rental experience outside the US
Pros: I liked how convenient the airport location was and selection of cars they have.
Cons: I didn’t like the $600 dollar retainer they poor on my credit car and that the rental of the car was only $30 but full endurance was 3x that.

-SCAM ALERT- THEY DO NOT HONOR THE INSURANCE FEES WE SEE ONLINE
Cons: They rudely stated that they will not honor the insurance fees offered online, REGARDLESS IF WE PAID it beforehand or not. Their insurance fees are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE... Such an old trick, shame on them!

Good service with no problems
Pros: Available 24 hours to pick up and drop off and were courteous.
Cons: Didn't have the class of car I reserved only a smaller one. Insurance was fairly overpriced
