Convenient but rates quoted and rates provided wer
Pros: Fast, easy and convenient. Right in the airport.
Cons: The rate quoted at the car rental counter was not he same rate quoted by Kayak. When I told the reservation personnel of the difference, they told me it was additional taxes and fees. I then pulled out the reservation provided through Kayak and showed the representative that my quote included all taxes and fees. She adjusted the rate, but had I not been watching closely, I would have been over charged. Makes me wonder how often they actually overcharge their customers.

Pros: service with a smile really came with my rental. I would rent from them anytime. my car was clean and ready.

Pros: Car got good mileage.
Cons: Car had mechanical issues. Gear transitions were slow. Had to flood the engine frequently to change gear uphill.
