Cons:
I had plans to take a group of ten people to celebrate a birthday. When I went to get my vehicle they said they’d called the day before to confirm and left a message. Because I didn’t answer the phone they gave my vehicle to someone else. They should just take a deposit from people. Then they would still get their money. I checked my messages and missed calls and had not received either. Very poor business practice.10.0 Wonderful

When I explained the problems, I was asked if I told Hertz at Bradley airport that the car was dirty (trunk area where luggage would go covered in some sticky stuff) to which I replied that I learned it was dirty after starting my trip. I did not check trunk area at pickup. Hertz could have offererd some discount to make up for the inconvenience.Avis

I had a 1:00pm reservation at the Brafferton location so I called ahead to confirm. When I got there, Harris took care of my car rental. He's very friendly and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I highly recommend. He made the process very easy to deal with and I was out of there with a great and clean car in about 15 minutes. Thanks Harris! I'd like to say nothing because from making the reservation online to picking up the car in Stafford to returning the car at the BWI airport, everything worked out great!
