I could not check in ahead of time because the link would not load and then it said my vehicle wasn’t ready so I ended waiting over 30 mins past my pick up time to when I could be helped the an agent. Also tried calling the rental office and it was impossible to get through the automated phone service

Had to cancel due to being a front line employee who was due to provide the vaccinations at the hospital in New Jersey. Dollar rent would not provide a refund for the given circumstances. I was Not Happy!

Everything ok. Except the front windshield it was pretty nasty and was hard to see when the sun was infront of you when you’re driving and at nights with headlights. But overall it was good.

The vehicle was perfect for our trip.

Cons:

Let customers know they must have a major credit card to rent a vehicle. The first representative that I spoke to when I went to pick up the rental was very rude, did not help. He was very sarcastic which was very upsetting because at that moment I thought my air b&b had been paid for I did panic and your representative did nothing to help again was extremely rude. I finally was able to get my brother to go to the airport drove from the west side to help me rent the car your second representative was extremely nice, helpful and professional I wished I would have gotten both their names.

It was impossible for me to get a rental because i didn't had a physical credit card. We live in an era where everything is digital yet i was required to have a physical credit card and a physical license. I had everything to get the rental but just because it's all digital it was impossible for me to get a car. I understand that you need to have guarantees but it's ridiculous. I had an emergency and just because your technology is out of date not only you deny me the service in this company but treat me like i was going to scam you. Simply terrible.

There was no staff to pick up my car. I waited an hour but the counter look like it was closed at noon.

Counter guy was helpful in double checking rental details and check in lady hustled over to read the odometer and check us out.

I missed the sign that identified Payless counter same as Avis (El Paso airport) and had to ask the check out guy where it was

The cancellation. I booked a car and was under the impression I could drop it off in another location. The employee at the El Paso airport location told me that wasn’t the case. And that I can’t have my money back. Never picked up the car but still charged. Very very shitty

While I reserved my vehicle weeks ahead of time, I waited in line over an hour and a half. Also the vehicle was unclean and had scratches and was damages.

Cons:

Make the experience better for people who are spending hundreds of dollars to rent use Kayak and the rental car companies.
