Car was clean and reliable. I drove a compact a little over 500 miles.Cons:
The fact that I got a credit card bill for over a hundred dollars more than what I had signed for at the time of the pickup. If I had not checked I could have been stiffed with the a rate almost equivalent to a plane ticket. Had to call and was told the computer system overcharged.Europcar

The cancellation. I booked a car and was under the impression I could drop it off in another location. The employee at the El Paso airport location told me that wasn’t the case. And that I can’t have my money back. Never picked up the car but still charged. Very very shitty8.0 Very good

Telephone service, needs work. Customer support is obviously farmed out overseas and if the problem isn't in their book they simply keep repeating what's in front of them. In 4 attempts over 3 hours no one at the rental desk in the airport (ELP) ever answered the phone.5.6 Fair

Picking up from DFW was the best experience I had, honestly the only reason why they get 3 stars & not just 1. Took about 10 min tops & customer service was excellent!Cons:
Dropping off in El Paso was easy & efficient but picking up another car 4 days later was a nightmare. Took over 40 min just at the desk (there were 2 people ahead of me). Once we were in the parking lot to pick up the car, there was only one person working outside, but he was too busy on a personal call to help us. When he finally came over to tell us which car we could take, he didn't get off the phone, & just said, you can take that one, & went back into his booth, still on his cell phone, while we waited for him to let us out at the exit, which he walked to a couple minutes later, still on his phone. We were the only ones there! The car didn't have any windshield wiper fluid & the remote didn't work. My card was charged 2 separate amounts that didn't add up to the total on my receipt, it was for almost $30 more, & after being reimbursed for some of the inconveniences, the second amount is still on hold almost 2 weeks later & when I call Alamo, I keep getting different answers as to why, including, we don't show anything on hold, we show the transaction complete & there's nothing they can do except wait a few weeks & see if that amount is still on hold. DONT EVER RENT A CAR from the EL PASO LOCATION!9.6 Wonderful

Pick up in the garage seemed under-staffed. Once leaving the desk in the terminal there was only one staff person in the garage and he only was there to service Avis Plus customers. The gentleman at the garage exit was the most helpful and personable individual we worked with.Budget

The SUV was given to us dirty and unwashed/dirty on inside. The location did not answer their phone and finding the location inside the garage was horrible. There was only one man working there so it took long to get tended to. He wasn’t very friendly/did not complete a damage sheet until I asked.10.0 Wonderful

The vehicle was perfect for our trip.Cons:
Let customers know they must have a major credit card to rent a vehicle. The first representative that I spoke to when I went to pick up the rental was very rude, did not help. He was very sarcastic which was very upsetting because at that moment I thought my air b&b had been paid for I did panic and your representative did nothing to help again was extremely rude. I finally was able to get my brother to go to the airport drove from the west side to help me rent the car your second representative was extremely nice, helpful and professional I wished I would have gotten both their names.8.0 Very good
