Insurance & Deposit
Cons: I really did not like the fact that the deposit fee was not communicated to me once I booked online. Also with that the fee differs based on the type of credit/debit card you are using. Also the person who was checking me in for my rental told me I could not use my own auto insurance & I had to use theirs. Which I thought was incorrect & was so coincidental that the cost of their insurance equaled out to the $200 deposit. Plus the car they gave me smelled like a carton of cigarettes. I would advise people to do their research on the individual rental places so you will be informed & wont get taken advantage of when you go to pick up your rental. Needless to say I only kept the car one day & went with a much more organized & reasonably priced rental car company the next day.

Overall a Very Good Experience - Would definitely
Pros: The staff was extremely nice, accommodating and professional. When I got stuck in traffic and was late getting back they were still in the office even though it was closing time and didn't charge me for an extra day.
I would definitely go back there again. The customer service was excellent!
Cons: The website said they opened at 7:30 am but no one answered the phone until 8:00 am when I called them for a pick up. Once I did reach them at 8, I was told that the driver didn't arrive until 8:30 am.
The car could have been cleaner. They ran it through some water and rinsed it off but you could tell in had not actually been washed.
Cons: A 50% mark up from one day to the next was unbelievable. If I could have moved my travel plans I would have.

Bad Hertz! Bad Hertz!
Cons: The wait for the car put me into a time crunch. The car that they brought was old and dirty, windows so dirty I didn't feel safe driving. The representative did apologize for the dirty car. The next day I was able to barely squeeze a few moments into my day to return the car for an exchange. Again, the wait was so long, I was time crunched again. The car this time was newer, reeked of cigarette smoke, had just over 1/2 a tank of gas, and had windshields so coated with smoke residue that I had to stop to buy some window cleaner. When I returned the car, the only adjustment they made was to waive the tax on the rental price.
Cons: They did not have the convertible I'd reserved, and seemed surprised I even expected one from this location. The car I got was damaged (rusted scratches) and had the "Needs Maintenance" light glowing.
