Pros:Super nice staff.
Cons:Wasnt told about how the tolls work in Maryland, or what the charge if we used the EasyPass. Car was given to me not filled up but was told to return it full.
Cons:When I showed up for my reservation, they told me they had no cars. I made a reservation the night before and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was stranded there because I had no way to get anywhere else. I had to walk on some busy main roads with no shoulder or sidewalk to get to another car rental place. False advertising for cars that were not actually there and it left me in an unsafe situation.
Cons:They called when the vehicle was running late and that wasn’t a problem. They were very nice and had the car ready when I got there. Overall good experience.
Pros:The price, it had plenty of room and it was new.
Cons:It was an all wheel drive crossover so fuel mile wasn't too good, windshield was so bad I had to clean it inside and out.
Pros:My pick up in Gettysburg PA went well. Very professional.
Cons:The vehicle didn't drive well. It felt like it was badly in need of an alignment. I decided to exchange it in Kansas City International Airport. When I called them, the phone would ring for several minutes before they would answer. Twice someone lifted the handset and just hung it up. When I finally got someone and did the exchange, I realized an hour later I had left something in the car I had turned in. I called (and again struggled to get someone on the phone) and was told they would check the car and call me back. Three hours later, they hadn't called back. I called again and was told they didn't know which car I'd returned. It seems strange that their computers can't tell them that but I gave them the car information and was told that they'd call me back. An hour and a half later, with no response, I decided to just drive in and ask in person. Then they said they'd go check the car and brought my item to me two minutes later. Worst customer service ever. Also, when I drove in, there was only one other customer there. If didn't appear that they were exceptionally busy. So disappointed with Hertz.

Pros:It was very easy process to pick up the car. The rep was very friendly and made sure we knew everything we need to know about the car.
Cons:The car need a better cleaning. The front window was streaky and better vacuuming of the car would have been appreciated.
Pros:Gary, the manager handled my pickup. Great experience and easy as could possibly be. I will probably rent from them in the future. Also, return was smooth, I wish I gotten the person's name. It was easy, no surprises, no extra changes, good stuff.
Cons:I have no complaints.
Pros:Quick service, good car, no unexpected costs. Our car had a strong smell and the woman who checked us out gave us a bit of a discount for the inconvenience. Very happy with this Enterprise
