Cons: Car was not ready to go. Needed to put air in the tires and put brake fluid. Not happy.

Pros: I normally rent from enterprise since they are walking distance from my home but hertz was about $120 cheaper. everything g was fine with my rental so I may bea new loyal customer thank you.

Pros: The car that I was upgrade for was better. It was comfort, spacious and smooth. Also the gas mileage really help especially long drives to Las Vegas. We made it straight to Vegas without putting any gas.
Cons: I wasn't pleased with the car pickup. The car that I requested wasn't available. I waited for 15 mins until they finally give me an upgrade. I requested a midsize car instead they gave me mini suv for the same price.
Cons: The car interior had a small amount of cigarette smoke odor.

Pros: Staff was friendly enough. Decided to reserve a midsize car on Christmas Eve so it's understandable the selection was minimal. We got a 2016 jeep. Drove well and was comfortable for five adults. I love playing the game of do I/don't I get the the insurance. I wasn't going to, but my sister convinced me otherwise. In hindsight we returned the car in it's original condition so the extra $$ on insurance sucks, but I guess I'm also grateful I wasn't in an accident at all over the holidays lol.
Cons: There was a quarter of a tank when we received the car. It's understandable we should return the car as we receive it, but it's so much easier and way more convenient to start a road trip with a full tank and not have to stop at a gas station basically right after getting the car.
Pros: I liked how fast the car rental was and they gave me no problems ! Over all it was good!

Pros: The Price and location to where I was staying
Cons: Had a reservation that I made almost a month prior to picking up the car, only to arrive and be told that they did not have a car to give me (they were telling several people there the same thing).
On one hand, I was told that they could not give me any of the few cars they had left there because they were reserved and not the type I had reserved. I was told I could wait or they would call me. The person I spoke with at the lot basically handed me a business card and said if I had a problem with the issue I could just call their District Manager, but there was nothing he could do for me. I did call him and left him a message but NEVER heard back from him. I left and did get a call and came back to pick up the car a half an hour or so later. Was told on the phone that they were just washing it to get it ready. Showed up and picked up the car, which was NOT washed.
I get that things happen, but but it kind of misses the point about the reservations when you don't have the car, and it would have been one thing if it was just me, but the place was busy and they were telling that to everyone there.
