Pros: Alarm key did not work

Pros: The young man working the counter was pleasant while telling me that they had NO CARS, NO POWER and NO WAY TO GET ME A CAR.Cons: The reservation system needs to be in better sync with the rental location so when there's an issue like NO POWER at the pick up site and NO CARS available, a customer doesn't waste money taking an Uber to the store only to have to waste more taking another Uber home!!!

Customer service and competence lackingPros: That I finally received a rental.Cons: The guy who checked me out was completely untrained and unfamiliar with how to complete my rental. He had to ask a colleague multiple times for assistance and still made mistakes on my rental. The checkout process was long and tedious. Insufficient lighting in the parking lot to inspect the vehicle. The facility was filthy. The car I needed was not available and they gave me a downgraded vehicle.

Just what I neededPros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was a nice vehicle for my needs.Cons: The parking lot was a little difficult to park in when I went to drop off the vehicle, Very confusing With cars stopped in every lane.

Cons: Well wonderful kayak over booked enterprise so I was unable to receive a vehicle from them. I had to cancel and go with another place. I'm always questioning going through a 3 rd party for a simple fact that I know they tend to overbook but I took a chance and it totally didn't work out for me.
