Pros:
Staff on the phone was awesome however when Picking up the car the person who assisted was not. Drop off was horrible just do to location.Cons:
More information on what it means to prepay would be helpful. You cannot make any changes once you prepay and this was not clearly stated anywhere.2.0 Mediocre

Nothing. They allowed me to make a reservation and then called to say they didn't have one and couldn't help me in any way.Cons:
I made my reservation at 8:00 am for a noon pickup after my car broke down while visiting Florida. On my way to pick up the rental, I got a phone call from Hertz saying that they didn't have a car available for me. When I asked the Hertz employee for what my next step should be to find a car, she said she couldn't help me and I should just search with other companies. Thankfully, Enterprise came through for me and they will be the first company I search with in the future!8.0 Excellent

Pros:
Nothing. The staff told me I had one option, a Kia Soul when I had rented a Mid-Sized Sedan 6 weks ago. I was told take it or leave it, that I had prepaid and I would be responsible no matter what. I'd call it pretty close to having a gun put to your head. This was a miserable experience.Cons:
Make the correct car available, especially when I rent 6 weeks ahead of time.8.8 Excellent

Drop off was easy and gave us a ride to to our terminal.Cons:
I was told that the car I rented was not available, which I understand. Offered another one and was told my party size and the bags we had would all fit. Once we got to the car, we realized that was clearly not the case. When I asked someone there, we were offered the original car we booked.2.0 Mediocre

Cons:
Vehicle wasn't available. Kept me waiting until 6:15 pm then asked me to come back next day to pick up the car. They are horrible with clients and had to call the 1-800 number but they couldn't fix the problem so they wanted to set me up with another reservation at the airport x 3 times higher va.Enterprise

Pros:
The rental car was supposed to be at the Orlando International Airport. Instead, the rental was 30 minutes away from the airport and the rental place (Enterprise) was already closed by the time my rental was ready??? Doesn’t make too much sense.Cons:
If I got my rental car... at the airport, not 30 mins away and not at a location that closed when my car was supposed to be picked up.10.0 Excellent
