there was no reservation, your system does not tal
Pros: This booking jeopardized my trip since nothing got reserved forcing me to deal directly with another company.
Cons: Your site reservation did not do anything.

Pros: Put On 4700 k.m. In nine days and no hint of annoyance. nice smile quick turnaround. However, two years aga I had reserved a car for five days starting Monday 9 a.m. When I got there, there was no car available. Was told I could get one in the p.m. No remorse, no excuses. That is why I had not rented from them in two years. This time, all was good.

I never write reviews, but this was worth the effo
Pros: The process was so easy. Book online, walk in and that was it. It was amazing to see the guy next to me getting his vehicle at a much higher price than I got mine at. He was shocked so much that the manager had to explain why I got mine cheaper than his.
What topped it off was that we had both booked a standard vehicle, but he was there before me and got the last one. So when I was getting my standard vehicle there weren't any left, so they upgraded me...free of charge! You should have seen the look on the guy's face. It was...priceless!
