Nothing !! The reservation was cancelled at the last possible second by enterprise for not having any vehicles available . Their booking system is the worst and even the employees at the location agree ... wouldn’t it make sense to confirm with the location that the vehicle is there ??Cons:
Everything !! Worst booking software / system I’ve dealt with .. their is zero communication between the national booking center that your FORCED to use and the physical locations .. none !! Most asinine thing I’ve seen and will no longer use enterprise unless there are just no other options .. sad that a national company can’t do better in the age of technology than this ....2.0 Poor

Absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. Not even ONE vehicle was available for us to rent, yet allowed us to make a reservation. Offered no solution when we arrived.Cons:
Everything. Could have offered an alternative rather than just saying sorry. Didn’t even call us in advance to notify us about the lack of vehicles available before our arrival, therefore their customer service as a whole could have been better. Regardless, I will never rent from enterprise again.10.0 Wonderful

Paid 3 months ahead for my rental to find that the car wasn't there - they canceled my reservation! Booked a car from another branch - internet showed full inventory - again no car. RUINED MY VACATION. DON'T RENT FROM ENTERPRISE - THEY HAVE KIDS RUNNING ALL THERE LOCATIONS INSTEAD OF RESPONSIBLE ADULTS. THEY DON"T HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND JUST TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU! I have rented cars forever, Enterprise gave me the poorest experience ever. Avis - expensive not flexible, Hertz the same (these companies focus on Business travelers & have a lock on corporate contracts). Hertz does work with AAA so some advantage there). Sixt - great service, will give you free upgrades when possible and agents will work rates, a German company and so MB, BMW are standard. National - great service, also can be worked for free upgrades if the have the inventory. Budget - affordable, adults working the counter who are experienced and quick. Dollar & EZ have great rates, all 3 of these companies focus on family/budget travelers. DONT RENT ENTERPRISE - THEY DONT PICK YOU UP.10.0 Wonderful

I asked about tolls before taking the car. I was told that I would be billed for them after the rental was returned. All good, right? It turns out that there was also a $15 convenience fee for tolls, which was more than all of the actual tolls combined. Had I known, I'd have taken I-95.2.0 Poor

I was informed that I had booked an off airport location in Ft. Lauderdale. I emphasized that my confirmation said at airport. They accommodated me with a much higher rate. The cruise control was defective.7.6 Good

Pros:
Car that I was given at pick up (Ford Focus) needed servicing. By the time we got to Key West (from Pompano Beach), it shook whenever we accelerated from a stop. Not ok! So we swapped cars in Ley West and had a better drive back with a Corolla. I was also quoted a much cheaper rate ($10/day less) than what was actually given to me.Cons:
