Pros:Enterprise was fine; Kayak was misleading at best.
Cons:Enterprise was fine. Kayak was misleading. We ended up spending $75 in taxi fare getting to the Enterprise rental facility when what I booked was an ORLANDO AIRPORT pickup. Not Orlando city somewhere pickup. Super frustrating and had I known this, I would not have rented through Kayak. AND, six other people that very day complained to Enterprise about the exact same situation.

Cons:Windshield wipers needed replacing and we found that out as we drove through a series of storms on our way home. It was dangerous. Ipad was not fully charged and staff had to reenter information during our pick up as it died during the process. Vehicle was not full of gas. We had to gas it up before we left on our trip.
Pros:comfortable car, easy driving, easy pickup, and dropoff, also very Covid safety conscious.
Cons:Online when I chose the car, it described the SUV as holding 5 people, but the car I originally chose would have been a tight squeeze for four people. I think the car was labeled as medium SUV and should have been considered a compact SUV.
Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful. Drop-off was easy.
Cons:There’s something wrong with the car breaks, it vibrates as I was stepping down on it.

Cons:They didn’t have the class vehicle I reserved, then they said they had one come in but it needed to be cleaned. They did clean it not well at all it smelled like the entire ocean was in this car and then it was a down grade not equal to why I bought
Cons:Location understaffed. Waited 10 minutes without anyone in the lobby. Singular staff was detailing another vehicle for a waiting customer. I finally walked outside and around and handed off my key so I could leave. Never did go through my vehicle with a hertz rep at drop off, which would have been my preference
Pros:The price wasn't bad. The drop of guy was very nice. He even asked about the transmission issues. He made it seem easy.
Cons:The car seemed to have transmission issues. It would sometimes quit responding to the gas pedal or have difficulty shifting to the next gear and it's an automatic. It smelled like old tacos. It kept trying to call 911 from the car's system. I wish they had shown me how to use some of the features or asked me if I knew how to do simple things like open the trunk, connect my phone to the hands free system, where the lights and wind shield wipers buttons were. The guy who got me the car didn't know how to run my card or any of the procedures. So my card was declined 3 times before he figured out he didn't enter some information. He made the process seem difficult and complicated.
Cons:The manager and his lack of customer service. It took them almost 3 hours to get us our rental. We were late to our destination and did not get to see our family. We had to drive in the worst traffic and at the worst time of day. That part of our trip was destroyed by the lack of customer service. The solution given from the branch manager was not enough to make us feel better or want to return as a customer.
Pros:I entered the location as Orlando Airport knowing there was a Hertz rental location. However, the location Kayak allowed me to make the reservation was off the premises and we were unaware. The location was about 20 minutes from the airport.
Pros:No problem with the car itself.
Cons:We have NEVER rented a car where the spouse was not included in the original quote. The additional cost was prohibitive. So my husband had to drive everywhere, even short trips. We rented for a month, so this was quite inconvenient! We shall not rent from Hertz again.
Pros:The gentleman working in the office was VERY nice and VERY helpful. Super nice guy
Cons:The rental return was very hard to find due to NO rental office signs outside the Sheraton hotel
