Cons: I've tried to call local number numerous times because I left something in the car. No one answers and I've called 10 times during office hours. Office was closed when I dropped off.

Return to Lynchburg airport
Pros: I liked how easy it was to drop off and how nice they were..very clean place..
Cons: Nothing...everything was good

Bygone Service
Pros: The car was clean and well maintained. Comfortable for 4 people and the luggage for 4 people. Trip was fast and furious because of a family death. Car was good on gas and very comfortable ride.
Cons: When I arrived at the small rental office I was told my car was no longer available because I was more than an hour late. Even though I had reserved the car with a CC. The clerk was not overly friendly and acted as if she was doing me a favor by looking for another rental in a full size car. I most likely will return to Enterprise for my future car rental needs.
