Amazing service!
Pros: Pickup and dropoff were great. We got a free upgrade on car type because they didn't have the smaller car we wanted, which was awesome.
The people working there absolutely went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the quality service!
Cons: Fair warning--there is a $200 deposit that Kayak doesn't tell you about, so be prepared for that.
Also, if you pay by debit card, they have to run a soft-credit check before you can be approved. Trust me when I say this, if I can get approved, anyone can :-)
