Pros:Car was clean but damaged
Cons:Staff was awful, both at pick up and drop off. I will never use Enterprise again and am already advising my friends and family of the terrible experience I had. At pickup, I was charged $206 more than what my reservation was for. The agent could not figure out why, and then suggested that it was because my drop off location was different, which it was not, Pick up and drop off were at SLC airport. I called Enterprise and it was confirmed that there was nothing in my reservation that had ever indicated drop off at a different location, and I was advised to call on a Monday to get it resolved. When I dropped the car off, it was over a $200 difference again. This time, the agent was trying to tell me that taxes for 1 extra day was over $100. I showed her my original reservation which showed $86/day and a total of $48 for 3 days of taxes. 3 days of taxes at $48 is $16/day, and she could not tell my why the taxes would be $140 for 1 extra day. Complete incompetence. I asked for a manager and she finally took this phantom charge off my bill. So what is the deal Enterprise? You tried to screw me coming and going. Is this how your employees are trained? Do you think most people are just going to shrug it off because they are at an airport and really have no other choice? Never again with Enterprise.

Cons:The car was supposed to be non smoking and had been smoked in. It was an ok car but for the money should have been better

Pros:Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pricing was reasonable and the selection of vehicles was adequate.

Cons:kayak booked my rental for an enterprise that was 15 min from the airport instead of the one right in SLC airport. Luckily the manager was able to accomodate me.

Pros:The staff was amazing, I wish I got His name but he was super helpful, very efficient and super friendly.
Cons:I think the cost could be more up front, I wasnt aware of the deposit. I know It was probably somewhere in the agreement, but other than that it was great.
Pros:I ended up canceling the reservation the day I was to pick up the car and ended up using another company. The number given in the confirmation email to call once you land for shuttle service to pick up the car was no longer in service so I googled for a different number. That brought you to an automatic messaging instructing you to call the same number to arrange airport pick up. After about an hour of waiting unsure of whether or not any shuttle was coming I received a text saying someone would be by in about another hour to pick us up. By that point i had already canceled the reservation and booked with Avis and picked the car up at the airport, no shuttle necessary.
Cons:The van was not a newer van it had 73k miles and the tires were scalloped so at highway speeds we were in a cement shaker. We called about 45 mins out for a trade and they declined to meet us. Anytime we called for pickup it required multiple attempts to reach someone and even though we gave an hour notice when we were returning the attendant was not at the office and we waited 10 mins for him because he did not receive the Multiple calls of our arrival It was useable van but a mediocre experience on all fronts but it was cheaper by $100 I would get a nicer van and pay the $100 more

Cons:I made a reservation and couldnt pick up the car because they closed at 6pm. Not much more to say. I was stranded

Cons:Van had worn tires, no snow tires we got stuck 3 times and was huge hassle. tires had no tread and is dangerous to drive in any condition especially snow
Pros:Car was okay, a little dirt on floors.
Cons:We weren't notified that we needed to call to be picked up at the airport. Leaving, we had a 10:00 flight and they don't open until 8:00. No one showed up until somewhere around 8:15 as we were being picked up by the Uber driver we were force to call.

Cons:I specifically rented a cargo van because I needed to move furniture. When I arrived to pick up the car, the staff told me they did not have a cargo van available - and the only vehicle they could give me was an old, worn-out minivan. As a result, I was not able to complete the move as planned. Further, the staff was not helpful in any fashion and simply told me there was nothing else they could do - it was a take or leave it situation. They made little effort to address the obvious error that had been made with my reservation.
Cons:The vehicle I reserved was not available - so I was forced to take another vehicle. The staff was very unapologetic and said the problem occurs - and i had no choice other than to take the car they offered. It was a very disappointing experience.
Pros:They first gave me a car that had the smell of cigarette smoke but switched it out without any problems.
Pros:The staff and the branch was rude and left me on the phone for over an hour trying to get a resolution.
Cons:Service at the branch.
Pros:Easiest pickup I’ve had, nicest/newest/cleanest car I’ve ever had - all for the best price I’ve ever had. Great experience. Thanks Hertz!

Pros:They gave a car...
Cons:Absolute nightmare to work with these people. Rude customer service. Sneaky people trying to find any fault with the car to charge the insurance. Had to fill in paperwork because of a tiny rock chip. Good luck getting a hold of anyone to make any changes to the reservation. Ruined our vacation.
Pros:The customer service agent cancelled the reservation for us at the desk.
Cons:We were going to be given a Subaru Outback as a standard size SUV. There is no way that that car qualifies as a SUV, let alone standard size. They had no other cars they could rent us. The excuse was that that was the car that was set up in Budgets "list" of approved cars for that class. If that is the case, then Budget really needs to review their list. The desk agent was nice enough, but one of the workers that came in reeked of smoke and was not very pleasant to her when she had asked him if the full size SUV (an actual full size one, a GMC Yukon I believe) was available. He got a bit gruff and said that we could have it if we only wanted it one day since it needed an oil change and some other work.
Pros:The vehicle itself
Cons:Budget added their insurance to the rental fee. It ended up being very expensive!
Pros:The car we received had only about 3000 miles on it and it was a nicer car than expected.
Cons:The car was very dirty when we picked it up. Chocolate on the seat, greasy fingerprints all over the interior. We mentioned this when we picked it up and asked if they could fix it. To which they said that they had just run it through the carwash and vacuumed it. The had no other clean cars with which we could exchange it. We called customer service and they gave us one day free and told us we could exchange the car at any budget location. We did. When dropping off the car we had to wait 30 minutes before being helped. The attendant was spending a very long time chatting with a customer and playing with their dog while a line of 3 or 4 other customers waited.
Cons:Was a pain to extend the rental one more day. The national help desk could not do this. Had to try and get a hold of the State help desk for Budget.
Cons:Didn't have the car I requested. They gave it to me with expired license plates. Had to go to different location to swap car and delayd my trip.
