A bit dissapointed
Pros: The friendliness of the first Hertz car rental place.
Cons: My parents drove across the country on a tire that was very dangerous. We found another Hertz car rental place to see if they could help, but they refused to do so and told my parents it was their own problem to face. We contacted the original Hertz place and was told completely differently and my parents got a different car. I was dissapointed in the lady's rude remarks and the fact she didn't care about my parents safety TRULY dissapointed me.

I never even got the stinking rental
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I never got a rental. Apparently they were out of cars. Also the person that called to tell me that was very rude.
