Jessica was awesome! She took excellent care of us, ensuring we were in a suitable vehicle for the trip we were taking and patiently explaining the process and all the features of the SUV. Highly recommend this office on University City Blvd in Charlotte, NC.

This experience was far from good, compared with previous ones I've had with the company. The location did not have the vehicle I had reserved and had nothing comparable as a substitute. When I was eventually able to get a vehicle two and half hours later, it was still not the vehicle I had reserved and it was not properly cleaned. I think that the manager of the location should have checked the system the previous night before closing to see what had been reserved for the location for the following day so that efforts could have been made early the next day to secure the required vehicles. The agent handling my reservation was courteous but a two and half hour wait was far from convenient.

The ability to change the reservation was difficult online and I didn't realize my car would be given away if my plane was late. As a result, my reservation prices weren't honored. Also when I returned my car, the attendant told me to turn the keys in. Then he checked me in for the following day and charged me an extra day. Overall, I was very disappointed with Enterprise and their business practices.

I had reserved a commercial van which was quite inexpensive and allowed me to comfortably get some mattresses and boxed furniture in ikea. They indicated they NEVER have commercial vans available so had to literally rent on the spot at higher cost. Looks like you need to update you’re info what is available at rental facilities. This is eco de time this happens at this location btw.

We have rented a car accordingly to the reservation number k05900142A2. The car was picked at the right spot, date and time ( 5010 N Tyron St, Charlotte NC at 12:00pm on Monday april 11th) and dropped off at the right spot, date and earlier than the time set for drop-off (TYS airport, Knoxville TN at around 10am on April 14th). At the Hertz counter at the airport, an attendant took our keys and said they weren’t going to make inspection of the car right away because there was no one there to do that at the moment. Thus, she said we were all set to leave, since inspection would be done sometime during the week and just after inspection we would receive a receipt via email. Not only I never received a receipt on my email, but also my credit card was charged a total of 915 dollars, when the right charge for the 3 days rental +insurance would be 369 plus 200 dollars that would be refunded after we dropped the car off. All that to say, I don’t understand the amount charged to my credit card. We urgently need this amout to be given back since whatever happened so that all was charged was absolutely out of any orientation of your team/terms.

The staff at the off site Hertz were wonderful. Everyone was polite, professional and accommodating. However be warned that Kayak listed this location as “on site” which it is NOT. I incurred a $50 taxi ride to the location.

We arrived at 11:10 for our 11 am reservation only to be told by an employee in the parking lot they were closed and she refused to help us. Had to drive across Charlotte to get another car which then took over an hour despite only one person ahead of us in line. Car smelled like smoke

The times the office is open are incorrect online and corporate has no idea when their branches are open or closed showed up an hour and a half before they closed and they were already closed got left stranded. Called corporate again they told me I was wrong and the place was open with the lights off and the doors locked. I had to take a 300+ dollar taxi to where I was going that night as everything else was closed.

I flew to Charlotte because I had the rental car setup in Charlotte. That's very important to understand because I would not have flown there otherwise. When I landed I got a voicemail telling me I had no rental car. I called them and they said they have nothing for me and they have no responsibility to help me or do anything. They said its just a reservation. I said can you please help me, I am literally stuck in Charlotte with no place to go. I was driving to Charleston to a hotel for a wedding. The guy told me give me a few minutes and I'll call you back. He never called me back. I had to book a flight for over $800 for my wife and I too fly on to Charleston which is insane.

I picked up my rental just before the office closed. It was the only minivan on the lot and I needed a 7 passenger vehicle to pick up my family from the airport. Basically I felt stuck. I had to accept that car or no car. The car had a horrible cigarette/weed smell in it. I let the lady working know it smelled like cigarettes and I also wrote it on my inspection form before leaving with the vehicle. The smell is so bad, especially if being in the car any length of time. We cancelled our beach trip that we were going to use the car for because the smell was SO bad. We were not able to use this vehicle for our intended purpose and this experience has obviously been very disappointing, as we were looking forward to this trip for a long time. We made the reservation over a month ago.

Reserved a car, but the car wasn't available. Budget offered a higher cost car, for almost $40/day more than the original price. That was unacceptable, and I was ready to find another rental place. As I was standing outside figuring that out, someone returned a car, and the guy at the desk told me he could let me have that for $10/day more. That was preferable to finding another car, but still disappointing. On the positive side, they turned the car around quickly.

The car I rented was filthy inside and also the last person was smoking marijuana and cigarettes in the car. It was overwhelming. It wasn't until I got to my final destination I realized why I had such a bad headache. I would like the manager to call me and credit some of the rental. For someone who is a non-smoker and very sensitive to smoke it was 10 hours in a car that stunk so bad inside. Both the woman who checked the car out to me and the man who checked in the car were super friendly and kind.

I reserved the car rental for an upcoming trip to Charlotte, knowing I needed transportation while there for 4 days. The day I arrived I called to the store where I would do pickup to verify their hours. I was greeted with there are no cars available even though I had a reservation. I was told to call customer service for further assistance. That call resulted in the representative and a manager scheduling me for the next day. The manager was to email me confirmation but I never received. Anyway, I called to the that store and was greeted with same message. Unless I had reservations prior to that moment I was going to be out of luck. I received a call after 11 am on 3.26.22 stating there were no cars available. Totally unacceptable. I ended up going with a different car rental company, paying more. Not a very good experience!
