Not sure I'll rent from Hertz again...
Pros: The vehicle was very clean and the drop off was very easy!
Cons: Customer service at pick up was marginal. We could barely understand the gentleman's English and they seemed to have nothing but Kia vehicles (not my favorite). We upgraded to a "better" vehicle since snow was in the forecast. No passenger side adjustments for the seat so my 85 year-old father had to basically sit on the floor of the vehicle while peaking out the front window. The lot was full of Ford Explorers but I guess none for us since we didn't rent directly with Hertz -- at least that's how I felt once the customer service person saw we rented through Kayak. :( Love Kayak, not sure about Hertz anymore.

Cons: Customer service was incredibly slow (approx. 45 minutes) when I picked up the car on a Sunday night around 8:00 pm.

Pros: We were upgraded to an SUV, which turned out to be very helpful in the snow.
Cons: We had to have a second driver for the rental return. It would've been nice to just swap drivers rather than pay extra for a second.
Pros: Service was great and they gave me a nice upgrade at no extra cost. Always happy with enterprise.

Cons: Car didn't have windshield fluid and I had to drive in dangerous conditions. Was not even reimbursed for the cost of the fluid

Pros: The staff were fantastic to work with. They picked us up from the train station and when it was time to return they dropped us back at the train station, which made it very easy to get back to the airport. The Chevy Cruze was a great little car. It was EXTREMELY fuel efficient and comfortable to drive. Overall experience was great!
Cons: Our flight arrived at 1:15AM and Firefly's hours were until 2:00 AM. They decided to close early and left many families stranded at the airport. We ended up using Budget and paying more because we did not have a reservation. When we called Firefly, the number did not lead to the SLC location and the person kept telling us on the phone that they should be there and that they were on a break. We waited more than 10 minutes. Budget told us they left for the day/eve. Bad service. Don't use them unless you're sure they will be open.
