The van was not clean inside or outside, It smelled and there was a dirty T-shirt in the back and other things the last renter left. The only reason I didn’t return it the moment we got in, we were headed to a funeral.5.2 Fair

The seats were awful. The reason I rented the Full Size SUV was to have a better seat for a long drive The KIA Sorrento did not have ant adjustments fo the seat angle or lumbar and were like sitting in a wood chair.Avis

Cons:
When I picked the car up I didn’t see that the maintenance required light was on. When I called to ask for help I was transferred to three different people. I was lastly transferred to road side assistance whom I didn’t ask for and was scolded by them for bothering them. I ultimately called my own mechanic at 9 o’clock at night who helped me with the light.4.0 Mediocre

Car they gave me smelled like pot. Also had a noise coming from the wheel which I though was just a bad bearing but I ended up getting a flat after about 100 miles of through way driving. Had to drive 150 miles on a doughnut to find a car to a change it with9.6 Wonderful
