Car was damaged and smelled like smoke. Customer service both at the rental location and service center needs an entire revamp.

I had to cancel my Rent-A-Car one month before. Due to the fact that I had to pay for it when I booked it in September. My credit card said that the credit would be coming back from sixt. They have no customer service number. It disconnects you. I have emailed multiple emails . My response was They are looking into it and they never get back to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would even except a credit I need to rent another car. But no one will get back to me. It is so upsetting

The first car shook when you went 40 mph or more, and had a dirty interior windshield. The second car that replaced it, had a driver's side seat belt that was broken. The third car was okay, but I had no windshield washer fluid. All of this car changing was very stressful, as it made me late for a medical appointment. I would never rent from them again. The people that I interacted with at Sixt were all very nice.

This was the ONLY company that let me rent a car in FL and drop it off in GA 2 days later. All other companies required me to rent for 1+ weeks. I had never heard of Sixt before; will definitely be renting from this company again!

Sixt car rental at the West Palm Beach airport is very good, however, one must be mindful of their office hours. I booked a flight that arrived at 9:45 PM. I then went on Kayak and booked my car rental through Sixt car rental at the West Palm Beach airport. I prepaid for the rental. Little did I know but their office closes at 10 PM. It would have been impossible to get to their office for the car after my flight. Perhaps I should have looked closer but it seems that their posted hours of operation should be clearer when one is booking a car from them. With some effort to include phone calls and emails I was able to change the booking (and my flight) to arrive before their office closed. The staff and the rental pickup and drop off process are very good and I would rent there again.

Car was a bit banged up with numerous minor scrapes, dents and scratches. Not terribly important to me but could be to others. No info at pick up regarding tolls and while on the road, seemed absolutely no way to contact them by phone. No number on their website either. Otherwise, smooth transaction, car was decent and clean.

Lotaya was the best! She was at the West Palm Sixt location and she was so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. She went above and beyond to help us and was such amazing person! She started my family’s vacation off in such a happy and we wish her the best in her future.

The website stated the vehicle rented would accommodate our luggage. It held one piece. I had to “upgrade “ to a bigger vehicle on the spot. A hurricane was headed our way. ALL spaghetti models showed it coming up the coast. We flew out early as we had minor children with us. Sixt charged us for the entire stay. I called and emailed. You CAN’T get a hold of a LIVE PERSON! A week and a half later an email was sent to us stating we weren’t in danger. POOR customer service and the wrong thing to say. It took my husband to contact operations management via LinkedIn to get resolution. This reflects on Kayak as well. Unlikely we will use either company in the future.
