I made a reservation for a smaller car and when I got there they didn’t have it. I was an inconvenience because I need to have a rental for that day so I had to get a truck which I was not expecting to have. Which in turn cost me more than what I planned and budget for.Budget

reserved car online,arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They would not give me a car. The girl ran a soft credit report, my credit score was a 680. So she called a manager. The manager said when they get low on cars they up the credit score. I was the last customer of the day, so those two cars sat there till Monday at least. Then I come home from vacation 4 days later and the money has been taken out of my account. I called and it is going to take 7 to 10 days to have the money returned So NO I am not happy. I had just rented a car from them 2 months earlier. returned it on time with a full tank of gas.NEVER AGAIN!!!!4.0 Mediocre
