I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."

Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

I am a Delta frequent flier, and despite logging on and checking in, was told at the airport counter that I would be assigned a seat at the gate. As if the lack of reclining seats was bad enough, the engine noise and vibration was almost unbearable on the flight that was delayed one hour on the Tarmac. The crew was understanding and we did get to Orlando safely...a big plus."

If not for the Kayak app on my phone, I would have flown to an airport where I may well have been stranded for hours, if not the following day, for a flight that no longer existed, since I had already checked-in on-line and would have gone directly to my first flight. Thanks to flight status monitoring by Kayak, I got an email from Kayak telling me that the flight was cancelled before I left for the airport so that I could go to an AA desk. They were particularly unhelpful and uninformed, and it was only sheer luck that I was able to get on the first flight I was on stand-by. I know this sounds like a commercial, but put the Kayak app on your smartphone and don't travel without it. AA will quite happily leave you stranded without it!"

When we reached the actual plane, we boarded in a "scrum" in the rain! NIce job, United!"

I'm giving an overall OK (instead of good) due to the fact that there were no snacks (although I did not want anything, it didn't go unnoticed) and although there was free inflight entertainment for personal devices, I feel the passengers should have been given free internet access - in my opinion, it would have been the appropriate thing to do. In any case, this experience doesn't change my positive opinion of United."

The flight to Orlando was also another nightmare, when we landed Orlando, the bus took 2 hours to arrive to the airport plus the 4 hours to get to FLL. My experience was a complete nightmare. I arrived to destination 8 hours after the original plan. Needless to say that I am not flying with Spirit anymore."

Cons: "I flew form DFW-Fort Lauderdale and it was fine. My flight from Fort Lauderdale-San Juan was a disaster. I boarded the plane and took my assigned seat as usual. Little did I know someone else was assigned the same seat as me and it was a family of 4( the parents and two kids) the Lady was extremely rude because I was sitting on her kids seat. The flight attendant asked me to move and wait in the back of the plane until every passenger has seated. I wish she could've been more nice about the situation. I felt as it was my fault for booking a ticket with Spirit. Anyway, I walked to the back of the plane to wait until people were done boarding. Another flight attendant in the back were just staring at me as if I was taking over her space without even asking how was I doing, no greeting or anything that a customer deserve. Everyone boarded the plane and eventually they found an open spot on row 10, by the EMERGENCY exits, I dislike those seats, but nobody asked if it was ok for me to seat there. I was willing to wait for another plane if possible, but I felt like the whole crew did not care about the situation. The add more to the mess, I sat on that one open spot that was left and that area of the plane was freezing. I was wearing a tank top which made things worse. My whole flight was a mess, crew wasn't friendly or helpful, no one oppologize for the incovenient and no one actually care in fact made me feel guilty for buying a ticket with this airline. I work in customer service and this is not how you threats people."

After 42 minutes we were told "we are waiting for paperwork from Maintenance" that is it! Not how long they expect the wait to be or come around and offer us some drinks or snacks. The Flight Attendants DID NOT even walk the aisle....not even once! We finally took off after 75 minute delay. It was if we were on the plane alone...this is not how I would have handled the situation. I also obtained the Spirit credit card to rack up some miles, but not I am giving it a second thought!"
