Horrible Pick-Up Service
Pros: Dropping off, the clerk was much nicer. The car was clean.
Cons: The clerk at pick-up was rude and Did not explain to me what I needed to sign. He asked me questions irrelevant to my renting a car. I felt interrogated. I had trouble starting the car and his help was dismal at best. I paid for an intermediate size car and was given a compact vehicle.

Pros: Good prices, and picking the car up was a breeze and only took a few minutes.
