I rented a vehicle from 5:30 Friday to 5:30 Saturday, not knowing the location would be closed after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. So when I arrived to return the vehicle, no one was available. I did the logical thing of putting the keys in the Dropbox but it would have been nice for someone to explain the process so I didn't panic for 30 minutes. I'm also still watching my charge to make sure I don't get enough charge for an extended rental. No one explained but somebody should have explained the policy returning a vehicle after hours if there is such a thing and it is permitted.Reviewed May 28 2025
