Budget has always been my 1st choice for car rental. The Port St. Lucie and the West Palm beach staff are always friendly and accommodating when renting from their location. Some of the others could take a refresher's course on how to treat people. Again, never any surprises, with the exception of this rental 28-30th Jan 25 as the pick up rental price was different that the drop off, closing out the contract.

After making a reservation a few days earlier, they called me the night before and told me they didn't have what I had requested. After agreeing to accept something else, I showed up only to find that they in fact had NO cars available. I will never do business with Enterprise again!!!
