Pros:I liked the email confirmation.
Cons:According to the email confirmation, I arrived before 7pm to pickup the vehicle and the customer sales rep informed me they had no available vehicles and it wasn't guaranteed any would be available. Such an inconvenience! So I went to Hertz and they did have vehicles.

Pros:DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, They were not there, they did not have any cars, left stranded at the airport ( two other people as well) and now I am fighting to get my money back. Poor service, poor site ! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, call a company directly. I can't get my money back for a car I didn't get.

Pros:Very helpful. But he said that they were booked and that third parties do not know it till the customers already purchased the care from the third party.
Cons:I showed up. No one was at the kiosk. The sign said go to the Hertz counter. He told me Dollar didn't have a car for me, even though I had a reservation. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to refund my money. I had to call my credit card company to refund it. Dollar was a disaster.

Pros:There wasn’t any staff there. Just a sign saying they didn’t have any cars available even though I had reserved one already.

Pros:Drop off was a little confusing but we figured it out. Mainly because Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty all combined their locations at airport. Little heads up would have been nice.
Pros:Absolutely nothing. I have no idea how my experience did not constitute fraud and will be complaining to every authority I can think of.
Cons:Despite paying for my reservation days in advance, when I arrived there were not even any Thrifty staff at the airport. A Hertz employee informed me that Thrifty had rented out all their cars and gone home, but would honor my reservation the following day when possible. I was staying in town for two days. What does "reservation" mean if not that my car was reserved? Why would you rent a reserved car to someone else when I already paid for it in advance? How can someone "honor" my reservation after it is too late to use it?
Pros:Pick up in Hope Hull Montgomery Airport, Alabama, was OK. I reported rub marks to the agent at the airport on the form provided. The car was clean but did have rub marks on the outside, which were documented by photos before the car was moved. Dropped car off as rented at Dayton International Airport, Ohio before 9:00am and deposited the keys in the drop box before 9:00 am. Convenient BUT RISKY.
Cons:NO Honesty in charging, integrity, communications = ALL lacking! NO receipt every provided by mail or email. I was charged $137.37, not the $117.39 quoted, with NO explanation and NO communications. Bait and Switch. I dropped the car off at Dayton International Airport as directed on Sunday morning before 9:00 am. No agent was there so paperwork was deposited in box as directed by signs. I filed a left item report on line as directed by Thrify on a CD left in the car - nothing done and nothing said. NO communications. I have photos that there was no damage to the car. I feel cheated. I feel like a theft has occurred in the taking of additional money without explanation. POOR business practice. DISHONEST business practice.

Cons:I did not appreciate the fact that the car did not have a full tank of gas when I got in it. I also did not appreciate that the car smelled like an old stale bar. Clearly the person or people who had rented the vehicle before me smoked in the vehicle and left their stench.
Cons:They called me at 4;15 to confirm the reservation. Then 30 minutes later called to tell me they didn’t have any vans of any kind in stock to rent to me. They waited until almost 5 pm to notify me of the problem (which boiled down to they had to keep them for FEMA) and I almost didn’t have a van. Luckily I was able to call around and locate a van at Enterprise next door with no problem And it ended up being almost $100 cheaper overall.

Cons:Reserved at the downtown location but upon arrival was told they didn’t have any one-way vehicles available so I had to travel another 15 minutes to the airport to get my vehicle. Luckily the airport had a rental available but they charged me an additional $20 due to higher airport tax. In my opinion, I should have been compensated for driving the additional distance for a rental I reserved elsewhere, not charged additional monies.
