Can't rate if no vehicle.
Pros: Associates polite and courteous.
Cons: Reservation was made about 2 hours prior to me picking up the vehicle, but nothing available at the site when I got there. Left stranded at the airport for 2 additional hours while I checked every other rental company present and ended up cancelling reservation. Will be calling the site direct before reserving anything in the future.

Pros: The car was clean and easy to pick up and drop off. There was a gas station right across the street from the airport to fill up at.
Cons: When I went to the Thrifty counter for pick up and drop off, no one was there, so I had to go to the Hertz counter, but the Hertz employees were really nice and efficient.

Pros: Hertz opened earlier for me to pick up my car which was wonderful!! I had arrived early and was grateful to not wait around. Car was smooth and check in/check out process was simple.
Pros: The ease and convenience of the renting process
Cons: The first car had a mechanical issue with the A/C

Cons: i initially booked for 5 weeks and when i wanted to extend for 1 day, they wanted to charge me 100+ for a single day. I was averaging about that for a week. I decided to go elsewhere for the extra few days at 30 a day. very poor service and expensive

Good to Excellent
Pros: The vehicle, rate and free mileage was the magic combination for us! No way we could have gotten anything that had the required room for the cost!!
Cons: The vehicle interior should have been thoroughly cleaned. When we folded down seats for storage, a ton of Fruit Loops and other food items hit the floor, including drink stains on the carpet. We made sure we took care of the cereal before returning it though.
Our pick up and drop off location was the local airport, so Dollar shared a desk with Hertz. The shared location and the business of an airport makes the counter experience less than "excellent", but the rate to pick up at the airport is much cheaper. So, it all evens out.
Cons: One small thing my passenger and I noticed was there were a couple of things left from previous journeys in the glove compartment, one being the rental receipt of a previous customer and one a passenger's medicaid card.

Pros: The customer service was excellent! The sales associate at pickup was very pleasant and was prepared for my arrival because I booked the rental online. When I returned the vehicle, a different sales associate helped me but was just as pleasant and the return was simple. The online procedure was user friendly and the price of the rental was very reasonable.

Pros: Convenient location. I reported all problems to Steve, the manager. He seems to have a good handle on things at this location. He gave me a 1 day discount for inconveniences. As far as I am concerned, Steve saved the day for Hertz and myself.
Cons: However, corporate set me up with a 12pm appointment. This location closes at 12pm on Saturdays. If I did not arrive early this experience could have gotten ugly. I noted a large stain on the passengers front seat. Rep said not to worry, she took pics of the car. I checked the pics later on my computer. No pics were taken of the stain or, in fact, this seat. My wife used her cleaning equipment and materials to take out the stain. The oil in this car needed to be changed after the first day of rental.
