Pros: Associates we're friendly
Cons: The car smelled like a by the hour motel room. The check engine light was on, which seemed to suck an inordinate amount of fuel.

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off. Nice car very happy with it.
Cons: Dirty car and stuff left in it from prior renter. Staff very busy and had to wait both for pick up and drop off.
