Cons: We thought we were picking the car up at the airport, but it was off-site. We had to change the reservation and payed a lot more
Cons: The constant up selling was a real letdown. Felt pushy and unprofessional. Even after saying for the forth time that you didn't want a service. Also found it a little odd that the gentlemen was a little apprehensive when I was doing the walk through with my own camera as well.
Cons: It would have been very helpful if the office was open a little later than 6 PM. And the fuel tank was on empty when we picked up the vehicle. The windshield was covered with bug debris.
Pros: Your people! The guys when i rented it in the office! The girl who dripped me off at home. They were funny they were super nice they were Real!

Pros: Sam in Hopkins was a nice guy and was helpful when he walked me through the different discounts I was eligible for. I called at 9:30am for a pickup and he arrived before 10am. Great job Sam!

Pros: Easy and quick to retrieve my car rental.
Cons: The long wait to return and they forgot I was waiting. Fourty minutes is too long for returning call. The car was rented before checking my gas usage and there was some confusion about it. I did receive credit for a full tank of gas for future rental. So there was at least some compensation for my time.

Cons: Check in took a bit long but otherwise overall it went great
Pros: Good price and they honored a coupon at the location after I booked. Renting a decent car has never been so easy.
