Enterprise couldn’t/didn’t fulfill the rental. Called 36 hours before pickup to say, “Sorry. No vehicles available,” Offered no options to complete the transaction.

Arrange reservation the night before pick-up. vehicle selection was an estimated 30 different vehicle to choose from. Made selection received confirmation along with all conditions listed Estimated costs confirmed. Pick-up date confirmed and agreement time for payment listed. The day of pick-up a voice mail at approximately 9:00 am was left on my cell phone that Enterprise pick-up; location stated that there were no vehicles available for rental and none at any other location.

I want to make sure you know that this is for the location in the highlands in Louisville Kentucky it's located on bardstown road and my experience there has always been that they go above and beyond for those that rent the cars through their location however the Westport road location I did not have a good experience with they left me on hold for 24 minutes and then closed up the shop I was not happy with that location at all but Brandon in the highlands was excellent and so was his boss and I had a wonderful experience and I will come to that location again thank you

Dome light stayed on constantly. Would not turn off so was fortunate battery held up. Car was comfortable and met my needs. I was to pick up car at 9:00 and didn't arrive til later so service was very kind and got me a car as soon as they could. Wait wasn't too long at all. That was my fault and not yours.

Reserved vehicle via Kayak only to find out on my way to pick up that they had no vehicles available. Seems to me that if no cars were available, the site should not allow reservation.

The guy we spoke to at pick up was great. Super nice, made everything easy and made sure we knew about every detail. Really appreciated that. The car was okay, pretty beat up for a rental car which made me a little uncomfortable but it got us around. It also made some weird noises. Nothing to do with your location, but the person we spoke to at the airport location was rude and didn’t care to help us at all. So I’m glad we ended up picking up from you

I reserved with payment well ahead of time. ( 2 months)Got a mini van instead of the SUV that I reserved. No advance notice that a change would be made. This is my third time renting here in a just over a years time. The first was stellar. The second was good and this was so so. I wouldn’t have minded the van if it had been comfortable, but for the whole day trip to and from Florida it was a huge disappointment. Go back to Honda pilot. Those were the best . And if there is going to be a change, let the customer know in advance. As the lot was full of mini vans, I suspect this was the plan ahead of time. Must have got a deal on Plymouth voyagers.

Car was dirty the attendant was by himself he did a great job——had to drive 30 miles to pick it up because of staffing issues drop off 6 miles for my house that was better

Pros:

The car was clean and a nice vehicle.

Cons:

The car was not ready for us at the designated time. Then the attendant said they did not have one at all. After several hours she found one at another site. All this caused stress and delayed our vacation by more than 5 hours. Then the price was even higher than originally quoted not a single discount for my inconvenience or their confusion.

When I picked up it had 1/4 of gas in it. I dropped it off with the same amount and they charged me extra. I haven’t had time to call them about it but I’m furious.

I’d rent with hertz but I won’t book through kayak or other all in one booking sites. When you want to change something it’s impossible and the cancellation fee is higher than the price you pay for a car.

I was offered a really nice van as the "Manager's Special". It was very clean and drove well. I liked picking the van up at an easy to find location, rather than getting lost at the airport. And the price was excellent! Thank you Hertz! I'll be back when I need another rental.

Upon arrival at Louisville airport, I made my way to the Hertz counter where they informed me that my car pickup is at another location 10 miles away. they could not convert the pick up to the airport location due to it being booked through a 3rd party account (Kayak) I then asked if they had a shuttle bus or anyway to get me to the other Hertz office. No Shuttle, and I needed to take and UBER/Lyft. I tried calling the assigned location to let them know I was delayed, nobody answered the phone, by the time I arrived at 5:20 the place was closed. I had no choice but pay the Uber driver again to take me the 10 miles back toward the airport and my hotel. I had business meeting all day and NEVER even picked the car up. I know it was non refundable, but the people at Hertz Louisville airport didn't really try very hard to help, and if I knew the assigned pick up location was 10 miles away and closed at 5pm....well shame on me for not checking all the little details that were not very apparent when booking.

The car was small but it was fine. I did have to clean the windows inside and out because there was some filmy stuff on them and I could not see through them clearly. The pricing was okay but I had to keep it for 4 days and 3 hours (very odd) or the daily rate was going to increase from $57 to $131. If I kept it over the 99 minimum hours, and then wanted to return it the return amount was going to be less than $20. So I just kept it for the full week.

Horrible - I will never recommend this location to anyone! if I could give a negative star I would. But since poor as low as I can rate my experience I'll send you my thoughts. First, it wasn't the style car we reserved, which was a midsized sedan, it was the smallest SUV I have ever been in. Car was not cleaned/detailed and dirty on outside as your should expect from a rental. Wiper blades were months past due replacement and didn't work during rain .... very dangerous! We had been to Michigan around the lakes so some sand on floor mats. But, since car was not detailed for us I didn't think it was our job to bring it back perfectly clean. When I protested and expressed the problems we had with condition of the vehicle, the Manager Owner of 9040 Taylorsville Road, Jeffersontown Kentucky commented - well, I can charge you a $450 detailing fee, how about that? Or... you can detail the car. Rude, unprofessional and unethical.
