The delivery of the car was slower than I would have expected. Was told 15 minutes and it was closer to 30. I was late to my appointment. The car had an awful smell of black cherry and cigarettes- we had to make the trip with the windows down. Noticed my credit card was charged 45.49 versus my Kayak receipt of 41.06. Had to call Enterprise. Their first response was that it was a road side assistance charge(that I did not agree to). I told them that sounds like a scam. They put me on hold then they agreed to take the charge off.Avis

7 passenger van was easy to drive & blind spot aids were A+. Vehicle was very clean. Owner's overview manual was in glove compartment!!!!! Lots of controls on steering wheel and in unusual places, so manual was helpful.Cons:
The van was delivered 5 hours late! This was a major problem as we had to pick up additional drivers an hour away - their local office had closed, the airport counter could not add them, so we had to take a detour to find an office to add them. And we were not advised the extra fee was $13.95 per day per drier! 2 rear seatbelts did not buckle & one 2nd row seat did not adjust back making for an uncomfortable & less safe ride.2.0 Poor

Picked up car and a very stressed and grumpy regional manager gave us our car. He complained about new employees, electricity outage, problems with the printer and that making everything stressful. Wasn't a pleasant beginning to our car adventure dealing with someone who was so grumpy and didn't smile. After driving we noticed there was a lot of hair on the back ledge behind passenger seats.9.2 Wonderful

The car was ready when I arrived. I rented the car through Kayak and only paid $174 for 6 days with unlimited mileage. Drop off was quick and since I was able to leave my car there I was on my way home without having to get a ride.Budget
