I was picked up 75 minutes late and you only had one car with damage

Cons: being picked up late which caused us to start our trip late & got stuck in traffic. they only had one car for me to choose from & it had some damage and wasn't a color I would have chosen.
The guy at the front desk was a jerk.

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Car was not ready when I arrived. The tank was not completely full and yet, I was supposed to return the car with a full tank. That doesn't make sense! Overall, I expected more professionalism from a Hertz dealer.

Pros: People were friendly, car drove well
Cons: Car was not there when I got there, showed up 45min after pickup time and was dirty both inside and out.

I reserved the car and got a confirmation number only to be called later to say they would not honor the reservation. No other help at all. I now hate hertz and don't trust Kayak

Excellent customer service
Pros: Although it was the end of the day and I had to wait 40 minutes to meet with a rep to pick up my car, I was more than compensated by being upgraded from an economy car to a hybrid. The staff was polite and professional and did not get frazzled with the last minute rush of customers. Returning the car was a breeze.
Cons: It was dark by the time we did our walk around. Using cell phone flashlights, it was difficult to see what became evident in the daylight. The inside of the car was not properly cleaned. A previous driver had spilt a chocolatey beverage all over the passenger seat and some other clear, thick fluid had splashed up on the dash.

Pros: Car meets my expection.
Reservation is simple.
Cons: Not as clean as I expected.
Oil change light stayed on when I picked up.

Pros: Employee was patient while I waited for my credit card to be authorized-it was a new card and took a while. He waited and wasn't annoyed (although I was!).
Cons: The lack of onsite parking. I was a little nervous parking my car on the street while I used the rental.
