Attendants were polite and picked us up and delivered us back to the residence.

Cons:

Didn’t like that they couldn’t help me with the toll payment problem. (I didn’t have all the change for a unmanned coins only toll booth on the Illinois tollway. I’m from California. Upon returning the car, I informed the enterprise staff who referred me to the 800# Enterprise problem solver which they said could walk me through paying the toll online, but that person couldn’t help. Also I returned the car with more gas than it had when I received it. (1/4 tank over), I thought they would reimburse me for the difference but just gave me a business card saying I could get the gas credited on the next rental but I rarely rent cars. I dont think the business card would be honored in the future anyway.

They had no porter on staff that would detail each car between use. Si the office staff had to clean this is not their forte so to speak

Customer service over the phone was inconsiderate and rude. We had road side troubles and the man on the phone could care less and was even annoyed with helping have a car exchange when we had a flat tire. We had to drive out to the nearest airport and and employee was too irritated to help. We were on a hurry as we had somewhere to be. A car change took her an hour to do. All around, the employees did not make you feel like they cared enougb to help.

I was given a car with poor breaks; found that out midway through the rental. The condition of the outside car didn't look like a normal rental, looked like someone's personal car. Missing audioudio antenna. Otherwise, car drove fine.

There was a huge crack in the windshield we were not told about. Car was covered in snow and parked far away. And an old candy wrapper in the backseat.

The car was filthy - full of trash (opened bottles of water, food wrappers, etc) and had not been washed or vacuumed. The windshield had caked on bugs and grime that were so old the wipers and fluid would not remove. Tail light was out as well. Really gross and unprofessional.
