Cons:
Needed a next-day rental. Called the facility immediately after making the reservation to ensure they would have the SUV we needed. That's when the representative informed us of the mandatory $300 charge on our credit card upon pickup. We cancelled the reservation on the spot.10.0 Wonderful

Confirmed a Premium class for a specific time. Showed up and the manager said that "the internet don't know what we got." Needless to say, the class that showed on line was no available. I could either choose a lower class (at the premium price), which would not work due to logistics, or I could "upgrade" to a Cadillac for only double the confirmed price. I am filing a complaint with the AG's office on Monday. NEVER AGAIN BUDGET10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
There was no checkoff form in the car to note any existing damage. Problem -- the map they gave me to help with car return had a wrong street address (used for GPS). It was a closed facility about a mile from the airport. Luckily, I could see the airport in the distance and made the return. Why can't they update maps they hand out?
