Pick up was faultless - easy to find at terminal 3 Toronto, and also return was easy to find, park and hand over car. Reported a few issues with the car to ensure the next person didn't have same problems - basically wiper needed renewing and service!, otherwise all good! Among, if the not the best car rental experience I've had, Fair price for a Ford Edge. Ready to go as anticipated, Only thing that would have helped is clearer instructions on the location of the drop box for keys on return. They charged me $30 more in fees when I got there. I could have found a much better deal with another company. Unless you refund me the money, I won’t be using Kayak again due to hidden charges.Reviewed Jan 14 2023

If you change your mind they won’t give you any other option upon pickup other than what you booked. If you’re late after 24 hours they charge an entire next day although I’m sure they’ll rent it out to a new customer immediately if it occurs which means car would be double-booked. Some of the staff are questionable. Other than that no complaints.Reviewed Dec 28 2022
