They charged me nearly $800 for a nearly invisible chip on the windshield that I am pretty sure was already there. Hertz refused to release documentation from prior rentals to confirm.Reviewed Aug 19 2025

Their customer service staff are very rude when I called. All I wanted to do was extend the rental but unfortunately they didn't understand enough English to understand what I was asking them. And became extremely rude when I asked if there's someone else I can speak to. I will not be renting with Hertz again and will be taking to social media to voice my concerns.Reviewed Mar 16 2025

Everything about the experience went well, however, I cannot believe that car rentals in Canada, in WINTER, do not come with winter tires and they are considered an upgrade?!? This shouldn’t be legal.Reviewed Feb 21 2025
