Poor management of inventory! Went to pick up car at scheduled pick up time and was informed they did not have a car for me and I was next on the waitlist. I now had to scramble to find another vehicle elsewhere.

They almost cancelled our reservation for showing up late. The car had a missing hub cap or it was a donut/spare tire. This is the second bad experience with Hertz. It was the same location so perhaps that's the problem.

Drop off was on day office closed and was easy. Just write down mileage, date and time returned. .Office closed at 5pm and pick up was scheduled for 5pm. When I got there a little late due to lack of signage for pick up and traffic, they were closed and it cost me a day of vacation. No number to call or anything. When I called Hertz, it went to National line and they wouldn’t help me because I booked through Kayak. When I went the next morning to pick it up, I mentioned it to the counter person and she was rude about it and not concerned.

car was comfortable and had nice features and was maintained wellcar was dirty smelled like cigarete smoke could not see our of of windows called customer service multiple times with no resolution charged me for an extra driver even though inhave triple a and when i went to drop car off the lobby was closed so i couldnt even talk to anyone about the issues we had either

It was a convenient location for us.Our car was not available so they “upgraded” us but it wasn’t really what we needed in terms of luggage space. The car was clearly not cleaned before we got it, which besides being gross is also a Covid concern. Plus the gas tank was only 3/4 full. We were not given any sort of compensation for the gas shortage, just a shrug and a comment to put it in our survey.

I got a sweet little Nissan Rogue - exactly what I wanted. It was a brilliant little car for my trip. It was perfect. The people at the little rental center were very nice - and efficient. I got the best price and I compared the costs with other rental companies.Let folks know that this rental office is located INSIDE the hotel! That's it

Lights didn't turn on automatically. No manual. Passenger door lock had to be opened and closed manually.
