Pros: Forgot to turn in my key and was not belittled for doing so. Given instructions on how to best and quickly get the keys back to Medford where I left the car.
Cons: FEDEX charged $72+ to send the keys from Denver to Medford. They got them there, and I am grateful, BUT come on, I feel that is pricey.

Pros: The rep from a rival car rental agency helped me with my dropoff because the Enterprise rep was busy with another customer.

Cons: Creepy people watching me when I dropped the car off after hours. There were other people dropping off their car who either called the police or Enterprise because I'm not white and was waiting in the car to be picked up by family and they spied on me. And then another truck came and spied on me once they left. It was gross. I can't wait to get back home to Canada.

Customer care was outstanding
Pros: The office was actually short n vehicles when I arrived to picked up my reserved vehicle. The staff assured me they would find a suitable vehicle for me. It took about an hour or so, but they found a huge upgraded vehicle and then for our inconvenience they also gave us a full tank of gas and a 30% discount from our original quoted price.
Cons: They somehow didn't have enough vehicles on the lot for a reserved vehicle.

Cons: Enterprise will pick you up... only if they feel like it. We ended up having to take public transportation to pick up our rental which wasn''t a big deal but did add to our commute time. When we got to the rental site we waited for 45 minutes and then were given ridiculous options for car rentals; we needed something small and fuel efficient and there was nothing available. Everything worked out in the end, but it wasn't a fun experience.
