Pros:
The gentleman who helped me when I had to go to the Frisco location in order to get an SUV.Cons:
The gentleman at the Rockwall location when I dropped off the car was unhelpful and accused me of causing damage to the vehicle that was there when I picked up the vehicle just because I could not locate my pink slip.10.0 Excellent

There was nothing to like. No vehicle available....Had to make other last minute plans.Cons:
Could have held people to their rental period agreement and pick up the vehicles that were nit returned when they were due.2.0 Mediocre

Cons:
Make sure you return clean! We had furry blankets on our trip which left a little fuzzy, and the jerk tried to tell me it was going to cost 400.00 to clean. And check engine light came on upon returning home. I will never rent fro Rockwall Hertz again and tell my Government coworkers the same.2.0 Mediocre

Cons:
I arrived 2 minutes past closing time. I could see the workers inside the office and knocked on the door. I can see them looking up at me but they would not help me. Would not open the door or answer their phone. They must have known that they had a car reserved. I called customer service and all they could do was refer me to a branch too far for me to go to. It seems these people have no concept of "Customer Service" or just making a little extra effort to provide quality .And now I have lost the fee for insurance even though it was not used
