It is fairly reasonable compared to other motels in the area and was located close enough to West Point for easy access.
Very good location to go shopping in Woodbury Outlet. Otherwise, don't stay there. The satff is very confused, they've charged me a day that I canceled, but they called to booking.com and I fixed it.
Its proximity to the Premium Outlets at Woodsbury Commons. The poor condition of the furniture & fittings. Only coffee provided in the morning - no hot water available to make our own use.
close to woodbury outlets service,,cold room, low lights in the room
dirty, bad service, expensive, the price not match the quality yes
perfect location for shopping at Woodbury premium outlet not as clean as I expect
Close proximity to Woodbury Commons Factory outlet
location room style
Not located in walking distance from Outlet Center as promissed on internet! Very dirty and old. Even if it was a non smoker room, the smell of smoke was immense!
Convient to shopping which was why we were there. Some of the staff were not very helpfull and begruged us any extra stuff ie towels and shampoo
hot breakfast with protein (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt), which is sorely missing at most motels. Original room did not have microwave and fridge, which we signed up for. Replacement room had fridge, which we needed very much. Microwave in common area worked fine.
Outdated! Furniture falling apart and carpets were dirty. Only available hotel with room in the area or we wouldn't have stayed there. We checked after seeing the room. Needs a complete facelift.
The location is great. Very easy to arrive. It has enough parking spaces. Great WiFi. Rooms are spacious. Nice staff. It's dated but I don't Care.
I thought it was a great value and the room was big and the bedding was comfortable. Nobody cleaned my room on my first night. I don't know if that was normal but it seemed odd.
Proximity to 9W, cheap, get what you paid for
The room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. It's a very basic motel. You need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. However, it lived up to my expectations. I do wish that the lighting was better in the room.
The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room provided the basics: decent bed, television, and bathroom with shower. Even free WiFi. The location was convenient to West Point and other attractions in the Hudson River valley. The TV remote did not work, and there was no alarm clock in the room. Also, the motel's credit card processor was not working, so we had to pay with cash. These were minor inconveniences that didn't bother us much.
Convenient location considering my travel needs. It was really funky, I like old timey places like this... but not for the price I paid. Room had a musty smell, old furniture, water was very coppery smelling/tasting. All things considered, it was overpriced for the condition of the establishment. I would’ve expected it to be priced accordingly between $---
1 clean, comfortable, large space room 2 owner is kindly 3 great location, only 10 mins to woodbury outlet
nothing Attitude of owner when asked for refund. Belligerent and threatening. Refused to listen to legitimate complaints even after we advised him that we were going to notify you and the town building inspector.
Location is great for an Event at Anthony Pier 9 as its right down the road. Beds are a little uncomfortable but the room is clean and is a good value.
This place was--- a night. The room smelled really musty but it didn't bug me that much.
The owner was very nice. I felt the door lock was not as adequate as I hoped, but served its purpose.
This is an economy motel and was excellent value, location for West Point is great. The staff were outstanding and friendly. The room was immaculately clean and warm. Not a dame thing forxxxx a night. Great value for money.
It was located near where I wanted to be and the price appeared to be very reasonable. There was a musty smell, the front window would not open, the bathroom sink was loose.
It was close to where I needed to be. They have bed bugs. I was bitten on BOTH arms. The staff don't speak English well. the 'continental breakfast' was finished in less than 20 mins from the time it was suppose to be set out, nothing was left. would not stay there again.
Help on getting onto WiFi. Condition of the room.
Ok for overnight stay. Room lighting inadequate. Curtains not correctly aligned. Shower stall made for a skinny midget. Breakfast is available however, this is a transitional housing hotel. Breakfast was eaten up before 6:30 a.m. Poor staffing ratio. Inadequate breakfast supplies and utensils.Older TV console.Spouse bitten by either bedbugs or mosquitos in room.
The price was nice It was dirty and run down it said no smoking room but smelled of smoke as soon as I opened the door.
There are no redeeming qualities to this motel...bulldoze it !!! front office smelled like a swamp, electrical violations in the room, no mattress pad or protector, 2 windows had broken locks, missing security chain on door, bathroom had an old accumulation of dust and grime, the list goes on...
It was next to a beautiful park on the Hudson River. A towel and floor mat were wet and dirty looking. The carpet was gross - melted spot and a very large stain. The shower dripped so much I had to put a towel under it as it was so noisy.
Room is terrible. Bad smell. Super dirty. Lots of bugs. Wall is as thin as a paper.
The location and scenery even though I was only staying because of a lst minute change to my schedule
Proximity to West Point Heating pipes creaked at night. The "continental breakfast" is some plastic-wrapped Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and self-serve coffee and juice, without any tables. The carpet in the rooms was a bit gross. The bathroom fan was loud. It was expensive for what it is ($200+/night).
