Art everywhere, bizarre delights sprinkled throughout. Great restaurant and right around the corner from Contemporary Arts Center. Wonderfully colorful staff.

Loved the fresh take on a hotel. The art was a fun experience, though I'd prefer some variety as it was all pop art. The decor was modern but still warm and fun. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Several great upscale bars and restaurants steps away.

The location left something to be desired if you want anything beyond great evening eateries or the theatre. No breakfast places around or any shopping minus Tiffanys or Macy's. It felt odd that difference sides of the sand city block can vary between lux and sketchy.

Loved theroom, comfort and the bathroom. Also enjoyed lobby bar.

Rooms were kind of small. Window to look out was very small.

Employees were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had to valet the car but that was because we were not sure about driving around downtown Cincinnati. The waffles at breakfast were tough.

Rooms were spacious, well-appointed & had comfortable beds. Check-In staff was courteous & helpful.

We were traveling as a group of couples. We were told that their lounge/bar would be open until Midnight on Saturday. At 10:15 they were already "shut down". When we approached the staff about it, the bar tender was rude & the other staff offered suggestions of other bars outside of the hotel. We wanted a night cap in our hotel, which we were unable to get. They need to get their services/staffing issues worked out - or don't include all amenities at this time.

Noise from the sliding glass bathroom door, alhough aesthetically pleasing and space-saving, are acoustically impractical, in my estimation.

Good location to Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark

The staff was rude and the room was disgusting. Basically as soon as we walked in we were disgusted. There were cobwebs all over the room, the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. There was dirt all over the kitchen and the stove was still greasy from the previous occupant. Living area was aweful. The bathroom looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in a while as there was hair in the sonk and tub and toilet was insanely dirty. I would not sugest anyone stay in this hotel.

There renovating so there wasn't a restaurant and its very outdated throughout as of now so hopefully the renovations are more than just the restaurant

It is joined by other shops and free to the public. Dangerous entry late at night. Witness homeless people cursing guests out as they waited for the casino shuttle that partners with Westin Hotel and degrading females. Deserves more security by the door in that area.

Hotel was clean and very centrally located!

Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too.

Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.

Great hotel and was very clean.

When i booked the room it said two queen or one king. So when we arrived i was informed that they had no king beds available. This needs to be a selection so you know what you are getting when you book a room.

The entire staff was great but the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel seems a bit dated but it that didn't take away from our visit.

The location was awesome. Easy to walk around the city and see sights.

The first time I stayed at a hotel that gave you shampoo and not conditioner. Mold in the shower. My neck still hurts from their overstuffed pillows Cheap itchy sheets

When we arrived we were informed that they only had a room with 2 twin gets even though I goofed this room two months I advance. I also completed an early check in on line further requesting a queen bed and a roll away. We arrived and not only got stuck with twin beds but no rollaway, our keys were notable to be made and we would have to move to another roomwith 2 twin beds on our third night bebecause the room we were in was booked for someone else. When we were escorted by a silent hotel employee to the room as we had no keys we arrived to a room with no toilet paper and a broken phone. Over priced

Friendliness of staff

Quiet, large rooms, great bar/snacks, and breakfast is huge. Best part though are the extremely friendly employees.

Prices are a bit high, though well worth it once you add the free breakfast, easy parking, etc

I asked for and was confirmed for a high floor room but was placed on the 3rd floor

The place is dirty. A pile of dirty mattresses sitting in the parking garage is a bad, bad look. The stack was about ten feet high and consisted of about 40 mattresses. I'm very concerned they were piled there due to a recent bed bug problem. Everything in the hotel is either very old or very dirty. The carpet in the room and the walls had odd looking stains. The building is being renovated, but there is far too much that needs fixed at this hotel before I would consider staying there again.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was re-done nicely. Free parking was great with a short walk to Paul Brown Stadium.

Great location

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. There is a cool macaw in the lobby that will say "hi" to you if you say hello! Free breakfast! Very friendly staff! There is a free shuttle from the hotel to Horseshoe Casino.

Our room was probably not used recently because the water ran brown for a few seconds in the facets. Pool is being worked on until Feb. 2016 so we could use the neighboring hotel's pool but it seemed like to much of an inconvenience especially in December. You have to pay for parking.

This was a typical Marriiott Hotel with the high standards they require. It was conveniently located, with a friendly staff and comfortable facilities. It is clearly a place that I would stay at again.

Having the valet station as the first greeter a visitor sees appears to be a design flaw. Having to take two elevators to get to your room from street level is a bit inconvenient. The reception level restaurant is not very visible. Unfortunately, these factors cannot be easily changed.

This is not a B&B. No sign outside. It was a spare, unlocked room in someone's house. Yard unkempt. Little furniture --odds and ends. Grimy. I would not have wanted to sit down, sleep, or eat breakfast anywhere there. Very disappointed. We found another place to stay.

The owners are very nice and were warm and friendly we chatted for 1.5 or 2 hours after my arrival and I really enjoyed them. Their dog is also very nice and adds to the charm. I like watching the "This Old House" style of TV show and it was fun to stay with a couple who like to rehab older homes. It is a work in progress, but everything was neat and tidy by my arrival and whatever projects they are working on were not a hindrance to my stay. Breakfast was fresh pancakes, bacon and sliced fresh strawberries and french pressed coffee ... WAY better than a hotel lobby breakfast!!

The cement contractor showed up around 6:30 AM to finish working on the front sidewalk. The owners had tried to reschedule his work, but they were unsuccessful. It was a noisy way to start the day, but it was a "one time only" work project and won't be an issue for any other guests.

Basic amenities though they did have a pool. Clean rooms and the beds were remarkably comfortable. Overall a great value.

Great proximity to Great Amercian Ballpark, there was a trolley bus that took us to stadium for $1 each way.

Price was inflated due to ballgame, needed another pillow on bed, and bed was very hard.

I thought we were going to be able to see the river from hotel we could not. The grab and go breakfast I thought could of had more of a variety. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Location was OK. Breakfast was good.

We rented because of free parking but had hard time finding spot to park. Reception was so slow that created long line to check in. After checking in we found clogged toilet and shower curtain was covered with black mold. Curtain was replaced fast but attempt to fix toilet was unsuccessful. We addressed it to the stuff and got very rude response. Finally we received supposedly upgraded new room. We didn't ask for update, we just needed to stay in clean room. The "updated" room was also old and outdated, hair in the shower and very old exterior.

Everything was great. The staff greeted me and were able to check me in early (my drive took less time than expected.) The room was immaculate, and was on an upper floor, with a view of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline. Fitness center as very basic, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nicer than most, with eggs, sausage and waffles available, as well as cereal and sweets. The walk to downtown Cincinnati was only about a mile, over a pedestrian bridge. That was a definite plus to this location.

Only two things could have been better. It took me a long time to figure out the temperature control system in the shower. It is NOT intuitive. I went to the front desk twice, once in search of toothpaste, which I had neglected to pack, and again in the morning to check out. Both times, the front desk was unstaffed when I approached. But, moments later, when I checked back, the front desk staff was present, cheerful and eager to assist.

The pocket door for the bathroom would not stay closed. No restaurant in building.

Smart and gracious staff.

Surrounded by a couple of liquor and cheap cigarette stores so first impression wasn't sure of area but felt safe. Staff was super friendly and room was clean. Small desk was great for laptop. Complimentary breakfast was very good, too. Close to some great local restaurants, pubs, and bars.

It was a very clean hotel. And had everything we needed right there.

People at the front desk weren't very helpful. There was a fight being held at the hotel that first night. And no one told us I would have loved to go to that!!!

The room was very large. It was clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area.

The staff at check-in was very friendly and even late (I checked in at almost 11pm) they had a smile and we're eager to please. The room was very nice and beds were comfortable, we didn't want to wake up.
